POOL CLOSURE FROM MARCH 16 - MAY18TH. Please be aware that both pools will be closed during these dates. There will be construction on buildings 1 and 2 but there will be no construction on our building 3 where Ocean Place 86 is located. Building 2 (which is next to building 3 will be under construction through May 18th. We have discounted the rental rates during this period since you will not have access to a pool and the nearby buildings will be under construction.

Must be 25 to rent. Person that has booked the stay in their name must be one of the people staying in the unit. No parties are allowed. No smoking in the condo or on the balcony. No pets allowed.

We have the right to cancel and/or evict your from the unit if any of the house rules are broken.
