Heads up! Our building is getting its final round of updates to make sure everything stays safe, attractive, and comfortable for the long haul. Most of what’s left involves painting the exterior and balconies, plus a few finishing touches in shared spaces like the stairwells. You might see workers around or hear some daytime noise, but it should be much quieter than before.

Work will only happen Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Weekends are noise-free.

This 3-bedroom  2-bath (en-suite in Main Bedroom) condo at Amelia by the Sea gives you beautiful ocean views from its fifth-floor perch.  This beautifully furnished condo will give you that coastal feel that you expect for your vacation getaway.  

This home is comfortable enough to allow up to 6 individuals.  The Master bedroom has a King Bed, 2nd bedroom has a king bed, and the 3rd  Guest bedroom has 2 twins.  There is a TV in the family room and Master Bedroom.  For your convenience, the unit has a washer and dryer.   Finally, the first thing you see as you walk into the condo, you’ll see the sliding glass doors that lead out to your furnished private balcony which presents a gorgeous view of the ocean and a near-direct view of the fishing pier. 

Property amenities include an 800 ft fishing pier available to the Amelia by the Sea guests with the bonus of NO FISHING LICENSE needed when fishing from this private, exclusive pier. There is a completely renovated oceanside swimming pool so you can get your sun there and on the beach.

You have so many options at this dream getaway: Swimming, biking, hiking, walking, shopping, historic sightseeing, local bar/music scene, local cuisine with fresh seafood, and much more! About the Complex: Amelia by the Seas is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit. Please note that this is a RESIDENTIAL community, not a RESORT.

Quiet hours are in effect from 10 pm-9 am daily.

No boats or trailers are allowed.  

NO Pets allowed.
