Great location. Bed was comfortable. Great views. Pool was clean. The sofa and love seat really needs to be updated, very worn. But overall was pleased.

Great view of the ocean. Just as pictured. We had a great time during our week at this unit. The location was great. We had everything we needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Small conveniences went a long way!

We had a great stay! Lots of things in the condo that added to our convenience for the trip - coffee filters, paper towels, etc. which really made our short stay easier. I wouldn't call the view “unobstructed” as the title said, because there are multiple trees blocking the view of the beach. Some parts of the condo could be improved: for example, the doors to the balcony were very hard to unlock, and we actually couldn't get one of them unlocked to open at all; we'd also have liked if there were blankets in the living room. Condo was convenient to the beach, no issues getting out there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

This was a great place to spend a late winter mid week retreat. Beautiful beach and easy access to all that Amelia Island has to offer!

Great weekend on Amelia Island

Lovely condo, watched terrific sunrises with our coffee from bedroom and balcony, the views of the ocean were terrific. Easy access to the beach, great weekend!

Unit was merely average, not at all luxurious or well appointed. It is clearly a rental unit, not someone's home. Could have been better, could have been worse. Floor was a bit dirty and gritty, water pressure in bathroom sink very low, kitchen had basics but no condiments, aluminum foil or such things.No shade in the pool area, good beach access, good TVs, nice location.Fees and other charges almost doubled advertised price, not worth it. Would think again about using VRBO. Too many similiar emails about check-in, beach gear coupon and reminders of booking. Very annoying.

We're sorry the floors weren't as clean as they should have been and that the water pressure in the bathroom sink was low, we've shared that with our cleaning and maintenance teams. As for the fees, those are set and collected by this site rather than by us, and we understand how frustrating it can be when the total ends up higher than expected. Wonderful time at Amelia Surf & Racquet Club

Perfect 1 bedroom beach front condo for a quick getaway at Amelia. The owner communicated frequently with all the info that we needed and the condo had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay!

Relaxing

Loved our stay!

Great condo overall! Very spacious one bedroom with the best view of the water. Building, pool, and grounds are well maintained. Easy check in/check out process, clean, and plenty of parking. Perfect location that is secluded yet a short drive to downtown. Would love to come back and stay here!
