The complex has a private beach access and pool to enjoy after a whole day at the beach. Close distance to restaurants, shopping & downtown Amelia Island. This 1130 sqft 2/2 condo unit was recently upgraded with no carpets, designed with new furnishings, comfy beds, fully equipped & updated kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, fully stocked kitchen and tastefully decorated.
Most rooms has stunning ocean view. The primary bedroom provides plenty of space with a comfy king-size bed, top of the line bed linens, walk-in closet, and laundry room. The second bedroom has 2 full size comfy beds and top of the line bed linens as well.

Resting on the ocean, this area has a number of different activities to offer everyone, from a Pirateâs Playground, historic forts, and cemeteries to gorgeous scenic beaches and golf courses. Take a chartered fishing trip for some fishing excitement or enjoy a day on the back nine. Ride horses along the beach or fish off the pier.
