Amazing stay!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. 1) It is on TCU campus - if you have a student there, super easy to walk to visit with them 2) the place is exactly like the photos 3) the Host is extremely responsive 4) felt extremely safe and the neighborhood is mostly students and the place is very quiet 5) close to Kroger, close to everything - I highly recommend!!!

We were in Ft. Worth for the National Trumpet Competition and this place made it easy to get everywhere we needed to be on campus!

Great House in the TCU Area

Great location! The house was really clean and updated. Very beautiful. It’s small, but all the space we needed for just my husband and me. The host was really nice and very quick to respond to questions. If we’re ever in the Fort Worth area again, we’ll be staying here!

TCU move in

This is a great property for parents of TCU students for move in, parents weekends, college visits, etc. Excellent location close to campus and short distance to popular area for dinners, shopping, etc. Communication with host was EXCELLENT!

TCU Duplex

Quaint duplex near TCU. Quiet street near Berry and University. Close to shops and dining. Comfortable bed, cozy kitchen and living area. The host was very nice and communication was easy and straight forward.

Perfect house for family weekend

Nice bungalow in good location

My German Shepherd and I spent a week here for me to work and visit friends in Fort Worth. It is very close to TCU, restaurants and shopping, and easy to get around. It is a cute house, but remember it is old, but that’s what makes it charming. Water pressure could be low and hot water takes a while, but I did not find this a problem. The neighbors were very friendly and we’ll definitley go back.

Clean and cozy!

The house was a cool oasis during the >100F days we spent in FW. Locked ourselves out once which was quickly rectified with communication to the owner/property manager. Very clean property and close to all things TCU!

No Hot Water

Stayed in the VRBO because it was close to my son. Fell far short of any expectations as there was NO HOT WATER and no water pressure. Was unable to shower or even wash my hands adequately. Had to move to a hotel after 12 hours and the owner only refunded me 25% of the stay. Would NOT recommend.

Location to TCU is Excellent! Great home!

We visited our TCU son for Parents Weekend and this one bedroom/one bath home worked perfect for our 3 day weekend! Home is very clean and nicely appointed. The owner has excellent communication about the rental. The home has more features than a hotel and the kitchen was such a nice added amenity that saved from eating out every meal. Great neighborhood and close walking distance to the campus, restaurants, and bookstore. Thank you and we plan to return.

Quaint Cottage close to TCU

We had the best stay at this lovely house! It’s so close to campus in a lovely neighborhood! Plenty of parking. Great amenities! Very clean. Would love to stay here for every visit!!

Great house and location

Really enjoyed the house, everything you need for a great stay. Neighborhood is quiet and is close to a grocery store and restaurants. Easy to get to all Fort Worth entertainment without being downtown. Highly recommend!
