This little house was very clean and perfect for us. The location was close to my daughter and her family, shops and food and seemed to be a quiet, safe area. We decided to stay an extra night and the property mgr responded quickly. Would stay there again.
Wow! This house is a hidden gem. Quiet neighborhood that is close to TCU. The front porch is set up to enjoy the shade and a fresh cup of coffee.
The house is VERY clean and set up with everything that you need. While the house is on the small side, it feels quite large because it isnât stuffed with furniture. We would definitely stay here again!
I attended an AP conference at TCU. I enjoyed relaxing in the evenings on the front porch. My mother loves birds so she would sit outside in the mornings and watch the birds
Tastefully decorated house, Hot shower with good water pressure, clean house, and no bugs! Five minute drive to TCU. Would definitely stay here again. Bedrooms are good size but only one has a closet. Perfect for a family who doesnât mind sharing. The living, dining and kitchen areas plus the front porch provide great spots for family visiting. The owner has thought of everything you might need.
Highly recommend this vacation rental close to TCU's campus. Property has nice walkability to the campus and nearby restaurants as well as ample parking for guests. The living space was a great size with ample seating for everyone both inside and on the outside front patio. The bedrooms were both a great size and made it easy to fit our travel cribs on either side of the queen bed that was in the bedroom. While there were some things in place to help, know that neither bedroom has blackout curtains. Overall a great option in Ft. Worth, especially if you want to be near TCU.
My sister lives in a tiny garage apartment in Fort Worth so, when we visit, we need to find somewhere to stay (I have 2 kids and my mother in tow always). The Boho Cottage was perfect. Location is easy (close to the zoo, TCU, grocery stores and some great walking neighborhoods). The house is comfortable and quiet and is fully equipped in the kitchen (we cooked each night). It was also nice to have the washer and dryer so we could go home with clean clothes. We learned that the neighborhood is filled with police officers so it's super safe too. I would definitely stay there again. :)
Cute house and good location. The house is on the property with another house which you do not find out until you book it. I prefer to know if someone is going to be on the property with me. I also had to message for the door code and owner responded quickly. The location is good and close to a lot, is very well decorated with many things you would need. The bed in one of the rooms needed attention as it was on a box spring that had been bent and had collapsed and sloped at the foot of the bed. It was noticeable and I do not take chances on being charged for these things so I notified the owner and shared that it was not what I considered comfortable in that state. She was very dismissive saying it should still be functional and that it was probably just the way it was sitting on the frame. She would âcheck with housekeepingâ. The only bathroom toilet and seat is built for a small child and the toilet seat is very loose. She again argued âitâs loose not brokenâ dismissively. The front patio was a great spot. Safe area with people out walking and some construction going on across the street but no bother to us. The church chimes are sweet and the trains can be heard nearby in the early morning. The house is also good for early risers because there are no effective curtains or blinds, as demonstrated by the black poster board placed in the windows in the back đ While this was a cute spot, itâs not worth $219 a night and a $125 cleaning if things remain dismissed.
Les points faibles : Communication, emplacement, exactitude de lâannonce
Just so-so
The property was in Iâll repair. The light switch in the bathroom was broken so the light could not be reined off. Many of the window shades were not functional. It was fine for what we needed but I would not stay again.
Anita was a wonderful host. So helpful and considerate and she really looked to make or visit special. She put the lights on for us since we were coming in late and checked in to make sure we were okay. Thank you Anita!
The house is darling and it was spotlessly clean! All the charm you would expect from a loved 1940's property and updated and modernized to provide all the comforts we have grown to want. The AC was so great! Upper 90's outside and cool inside. It is clear that the owners take pride in this property and looking after their guests.
Would we stay here again or recommend it to others. 100%.
World finals; Will Rogers Coliseum - we needed a great place to retreat from the heat and the long days. This house was perfect with everything that we needed! Super clean, comfortable and totally catered to all of our needs
This property is in an excellent location, close to the cultural district, zoo, museums. Dickie Arena, and the 7th street eateries. The bungalow has a Jack and Jill layout with two equally nice rooms split by an adjoining bathroom. The property has been remodeled and is in brand new pristine condition. It has all the comforts of home and is a good value. The only constructive critique I could offer is that there was an extremely strong antiseptic deodorizing smell that was unpleasantly strong. We were able to open everything up and use the ceiling fans to air it out after a few hours and the problem was solved. Great place and efficient host that provided everything we could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again.
I love traveling with my family and creating memories together! What has become the most memorable about our trips are the vacation homes. There we get to fellowship with one another all under one roof with games, laughs, adventures and great food. My goal is to provide the same feeling to my guests at our properties. Whether you are traveling with family, a romantic getaway, catching a nearby game, or for work I strive to make sure each stay is 100% to your satisfaction.
