This beautifully decorated single family home is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. With 5 upscale bedrooms and 4 baths, this house will make you feel like you are vacationing in your dream home. Glistening hardwood floors carry through the wide-open floor plan featuring decorative moldings. Expansive family area with gas fireplace fades into the gourmet kitchen and dining as one large combination area allowing family and guests to be all in one place. Kitchen boasts granite counters, stainless steel appliances, 42 inch cabinetry, and gas cooking. Serve Sunday morning breakfast at the 9~ x 4~ designer island with bar seating and pendant lighting. Cavernous master suite is embellished with tray ceiling and walk-in closet. Master bath is complete with double vanity sink, stall shower, and water closet. Ascend to the second floor to find an additional full bath and bedroom. Large loft with en-suite bath sleeps up to 6 in 3 separate twin trundle beds, plus its own TV. Spacious rear screened porch is the perfect place to sip a cup of coffee or snuggle up with a good book while taking in the sights and sounds of the nearby pond. Amazing!

We had the best family vacation week! This house was clean, exactly as described, beautifully decorated. Dwight was always easy to reach. I highly recommend staying here. We really enjoyed the various pools and the proximity to Bethany Beach and Ocean City!

4th year of vacation perfection

This is our 4th year staying at Anchors Away. This stunning home is the only place my family will ever rent in Bayside. It is packed with everything you will need for the week. The kitchen has a huge island great for prepping meals, the kids love the trundle bed room upstairs and the older relatives enjoyed both front and back porches.

Weekend stay

Property is clean. Getting the code for adjusting the temperature was a little inconvenient and finding the dumpsters to deposit trash according to the rules page, was unsuccessful. Otherwise the home was nice and accommodated our group well.

Best spot in Bayside resort

This was our second year staying at Anchors Away. It is an absolutely beautiful home. Everything you could possibly need is there. It is decorated like something out of a magazine and you will feel relax the moment you step inside. The street location it’s close enough to everything yet Tucked away which is perfect for bike riding and family . We can’t wait to visit again.

Golf trip

We all enjoyed the space this house offers. With 4 full bathrooms it allowed all of us to be ready in a timely manner. The water view in the backyard is very peaceful. The location allows accessibility to just about anything the area has to offer. We had a great time and will surely be back.

Another Fantastic Week!

This was our second time staying in this beautiful home. The location is great and everything is as advertised. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beach supplies and bikes were a great addition. The house is spacious and all the kids enjoyed staying together in the large room upstairs. Dwight was very responsive throughout the entire process. We would definitely book again if we return for another vacation to Bayside.

ALARMING STAY

We lost 2 nights of sleep because of fixable smoke alarms. The owners sent inconsistent communication and lies. No even partial refund was offered. If the stay is seamless, this will be a great property. If you need any help, good luck!

Great place for a large group

We stayed at the house for a weekend of golf with friends. We wish we didn't play so much golf as we didn't get to enjoy this wonderful house nearly as much as we wanted to. Dwight is a great host, he always responded in a timely manner and was extremely helpful with everything. Our entire group had only the nicest things to say about the house. It's super clean and the kitchen is very well stocked. We'd like to thank Dwight again for the wonderful weekend.

Anchors Away

House was spacious, clean and well stocked. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. The garage had four bikes which was a nice surprise. While there is no street parking in front of the house, there are 4 parking spots at one end of Candleberry Dr. and about 10 spots at the other end. Waterleaf Dr. also had 4 parking spots. I would highly recommend this house as a rental.

Great property with a great host.

The entire rental was seemless. I have rented numerous houses via VRBO and this was one of the best experiences. I rate homes based on what the house has to offer. I felt like I didnt need to bring anything with me, because the house had everything. At first I was concerned about having to bring linens. But the information provided for the linen rental company, added to the great experience. All in all, no complaints whatsoever.

Our 3rd amazing Vacation at Anchors Away

This was our family's third year and this house keeps getting better and better. Anchors Away is stocked with everything you could possibly want or need for a perfect vacation. The kitchen is complete with everything you need and the HUGE island is a joy to have family gather around while you cook. Every room is beautifully decorated. Dwight is wonderful to work with. We already booked Vacation number 4!! Thank you Dwight
