There’s no better way to enjoy the Delaware coast than at the Bayside Resort, home to this impressive 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath vacation rental! The house boasts a full kitchen, private BBQ patio and ample entertainment space, with access to the community’s golf course, pool, tennis courts, and fitness center available with an additional fee. With Fenwick Island beaches, Ocean City amusements, and Bethany Beach’s Boardwalk only minutes away, you won’t find a better home base for your Atlantic getaway!

Please note: we rent Saturday to Saturday during the summer months, May through September.

Please note: Renters are required to bring their own towels and linens.

Birthday trip

The house was exactly what I expected so no complaints. A little distance from the closest Walmart but nothing too bad. We had an issue with the air conditioner so I reached out to the host she was responsive and moved quickly to resolve the issue. I would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Clean House, Great Location

We have been going to Bayside for 10 years and this house did not disappoint. Location to the pool was amazing, house was clean and great size for our family of six. Bernie was quick to answer questions and the check in/check out was seamless. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing week at Bernie's

We had an amazing week at Bayside! Bernie's house is in the perfect location- close to Sunridge, nice walk/bike ride to Harris Teeter and Blue Scoop! The property was clean and well taken care of. Plenty of room for everyone! Definitely our favorite house we've rented in Bayside!

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. My family with two young boys along with my mom and brother’s families were all accommodated in this spacious house. This rental had so many things available for our use and it was in very close proximity to the sunridge pool!

Great getaway

Had a great time with friends and family here! We stay at this resort quite often and we love it. Home was very clean, modern, and close to all the action. I would highly recommend. Ps owner is great with communication and when we needed some extra passes for the pool he was always available!

Family Time

We had the most amazing time at Bernie's. His home was definitely your home away from home. It was comfortable, clean, close to everything (beach, restaurants, stores). The adults had their space and the young adults had theirs. Bernie provided all the essential items to cook meals, enjoy a family bike ride and so much more. Thank you Bernie for being an amazing host, can't wait for next year!

Vacation Home

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, well stocked and very spacious. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs that were available at the home so we did not have to pack our own. Bernie was great with communication and quick to respond to messages. The location of the home is convenient to many restaurants and only about 10 minutes to the beach. We would definitely stay here again for future visits to the shore!

Wonderful vacation stay

We had an amazing week at the beach staying at this property. The house is beautiful, spacious, and well equipped. Everything was clean, well organized, and worked well. We enjoyed the outside space and made great family memories. The Bayside community is fantastic! We all loved visiting the pool, cycling, and walking all the area. Communication regarding our visit was thorough and quick, we really appreciated all of Bernie's help! Thanks for a great experience!

Price for passes entirely to high 55$ person person you would think they could bring there children

I enjoyed my stay i paided for resort passes for pool 165 dollors for 3 days on one person could use pass 2 of us used it once because only 3 could come in so i paided for family to be able to swim and were not able to use them entirely to high

Wonderful time. Property is spacious and well appointed. Bayside community has a lot of unadvertised amenities like shuttles to the beach and programs for kids. Grocery store is 4 mins away. Had a great time with family and will be back. Bernie was very communicative and is a great host.

Something for Everyone!

We vacationed here as a family of 5 (3 kiddos 5 and under) and 2 grandparents. The community offerings are incredible-daily activities for the kids (crafts, physical activities, movie nights, etc.) and tons to do for adults. The house comes fully equipped with everything you might need. They had beach chairs, a cart, toys, games, puzzles, etc. the stairs were carpeted which was super nice with littles. We would absolutely come back here!

Top notch from check-in to check-out! Check-in was ridiculously easy. The house is amazing and incredibly well maintained and stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The spacious floor plan allowed everyone to have the space they needed, but also allowed us to have wonderful family time in the large gathering spaces. Prime location to pool and amenities. Highly recommend this home, we will absolutely be back!

Wonderful Vacation

This property is an outstanding example of how pleasant a beach vacation SHOULD be. The property is better than advertised. Clean and well-equipped. The VRBO check-in and admin processes are a breeze. No long lines to pick-up keys or nasty attitudes from overworked/underpaid agents. Bernie was an excellent Host. Very responsive and helpful.

5 day getaway

My family and I booked a last minute trip and we all enjoyed our stay in Bayside. This was our first time staying in the area and the house is well maintained and clean and we loved the community. It is a great location 
 within 35 minutes or so the kids enjoyed the Rehoboth boardwalk and we even took a trip to Assateague to check out the wild horses.

Bernie and Ashley are the owners of this property. We live in the Philadelphia suburbs but as a Baltimore native, Ashley enjoyed vacationing in OCMD as a child. This house is right around the corner from all the fun of beach, boardwalk and beyond. It was only natural that we continued to build memories with our own family in this place we love so much.

We use the house to vacation with our 2 children, Parker and Caroline. Hoping that you too, will build memories with your family and enjoy all the things we love about our beach house.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This neighborhood is situated on a golf coarse but offers amenities beyond that. Pools, pickle ball, shuttle to Fenwick State Park, work out facilities and fitness classes, to name a few.

Close to several great restaurants, grocery/pharmacy, liquor store.
