Situated just across the street from Schlitterbahn and close to the Comal river, you'll have easy access to endless fun and entertainment.

The Space:
Welcome to Relic Haus, a beautifully remodeled property that pays homage to its rich history while incorporating modern touches. Let's delve into the specific details of this charming space:

The living room offers a spacious and inviting atmosphere, featuring a large and cozy leather couch and comfortable armchairs. Sink into these plush seating options and unwind as you enjoy the warmth and ambiance of the fireplace or catch up on your favorite shows on the flat screen TV. The open concept design seamlessly connects the living room to the kitchen island, which provides additional seating for two, creating a perfect space for casual dining or socializing while meals are being prepared.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, ensuring that you have all the tools necessary to create culinary delights during your stay. From preparing simple snacks to elaborate meals, this well-appointed kitchen meets all your needs.

The first bedroom, the master suite, is a serene retreat featuring a king-size bed. Wrap-around windows flood the room with abundant natural light, creating a bright and airy ambiance. The en suite bathroom boasts a glass walk-in shower, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication to your daily routine.

In the second bedroom, you'll find a comfortable king-size bed in a spacious room. The en suite bathroom offers a tub-shower combo, providing flexibility for guests' bathing preferences.

The bunkhouse is designed to offer additional living and sleeping space. It features an open concept layout with two queen beds, comfy chairs, and a flat screen TV. The dining table provides seating for five, creating a perfect spot for meals or game nights. The kitchenette in the bunkhouse includes stainless steel appliances, allowing guests to prepare snacks or light meals. A full bathroom with a fun shower design and on-site laundry facilities add convenience to this separate living space.

As you step outside, you'll discover a delightful outdoor area designed for relaxation and entertainment. Lounge in the hammock, play a game of cornhole with friends and family, or gather around the firepit for cozy evenings under the starry sky. Ample seating is provided under the shade of the mature trees, offering a tranquil spot to enjoy the natural surroundings.

Relic Haus is a beautifully remodeled property with a rich history. The spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms provide all the comforts of home. The bunkhouse offers additional living and sleeping space, making it ideal for larger groups or families. Outside is a shared space with the 1902 house, you can unwind in the hammock, engage in outdoor games, or gather around the firepit, or take a quick walk over to Schlitterbahn. This unique property invites you to create lasting memories while experiencing the charm of the past and the conveniences of the present.

Guest Access:
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $62.54 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
