Avec plus de 300 'de Guadalupe River Façade Access, cette maison est l'endroit de la rivière parfait! Situé sur le chemin River à Cliff View entre le 2ème et 3ème passage, cette maison offre une vue magnifique sur les falaises, et est à quelques pas de la magnifique rivière Guadalupe. La "plage privée" est un endroit parfait pour le soleil, salon, nager, ou tout simplement se détendre et regarder les gens flottent! Commencez votre droit de flotteur à votre porte (juste à côté de la location de tube) ... mis en place courant et le tube de sortie un certain nombre de places de la rivière qui offrent un service de navette de retour! Que vous regardiez les chèvres se mêlent sur les 400 pi falaises dans la matinée, ou regarder les étoiles sur le pont spacieux avant le soir ... vous êtes sûr de profiter de votre séjour dans cette 3 chambres / 3 salles de bain maison à Cliff View.
Pour le divertissement de soirée, profiter de la musique live à la proximité Greune Hall, Blanc Amphithéâtre de l'eau, ou de la River Road glacière. Downtown New Braunfels est à seulement 20 minutes.

Great Location

Great house, perfect location to the river, will definitely be back. Only thing that needs tweaking is the gate ti get out. Everyone in complex was having issues going out. 😊

Annual family vacay

The house is awesome. We had 4 teenagers and the distance to the river was perfect. The owner was excellent, checked in on us and responses were almost immediate! Housekeeping could be a little better. Floors needed a deep mopping and all bedding including quilts and blankets needed washing. Having the washer and dryer was excellent. We will definitely stay again.

Graduation weekend

My daughter graduated from TXST so decided to stay at this rental instead of a hotel, best decision. It was quiet and secured (unit is located in a small gated area with a few other condos) great place for my family to relax before and after the graduation. We enjoyed having our own area at the river, can float and get picked up pretty close.. next door tubes if needed. Will definitely return.

Great Location

House was nice and had everything you need. The location was perfect and felt safe with the gated entry. The rock beach area was awesome because you call pull your vehicle up to the water. Tanya was very responsive and very easy to work with.

Great location!

We had a great time staying here! The river is just a short walk away. The house was perfect, we had plenty of room for all of our guests. The only downside were the guest bedroom sheets had a smell, so we had to wash them while we were there. But that was an easy fix! I highly recommend staying here!

Relaxing Week

We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin, had all of what we needed as far as kitchen and grilling goes. Having a washer and dryer was an added bonus, no one wants to go home with dirty clothes! Our kids ranging from ages 20/17/8/7/7 loved the bunk room it gave them the time to do some much needed time together! The location was great and have access to the river right down the hill was perfect for us! We made tons of memories here and will keep this little gem in our pocket for future visits!

We enjoyed our stay.

Great place and I would recommend this place to others. Property owner was very nice and a fast response to my questions. House was Very clean, large kitchen, comfortable bed. Easy access to the river. As we had plenty of room to drive down to the river from this house and put in our kayak. We wil be back.

Relaxing spot perfect for our family

This home was just as described and worked beautifully as our spot to celebrate Christmas. We enjoyed relaxing together and walking along the river. Cooked three large meals in the kitchen without issues. Tanya was very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. Hope to return this summer to further enjoy the water and this perfect getaway!

2020 River Trip

We had a wonderful stay. Being on the river this time of year was very peaceful, with no crowds. We had our own private riverside area where we caught minnows with our Grandson and made a campfire and smores every night. The house was perfect for relaxing and the morning view was perfect from the balcony porch! Tanya was great and easy to communicate with. We will definitely visit again!

Great location!!!!

This property is situated on River Road in a PERFECT location with beautiful scenic views of a giant cliff! Our stay was overall wonderful. The host was great and very responsive, easy to talk to. The first night was a hot one since the AC had trouble catching up, but that’s expected due to Texas heat in July! Cleanliness could’ve been a little better. Everything else about the property was great and just as expected. The river is just a small walk from the house. It is a beautiful place to hang out. I would probably stay here again. It was appropriate for the bachelorette trip for my daughter and her friends!

Several roaches seen crawling around on counters and on bathroom walls. Paying that kind of money To stay you don’t expect to see that. Other than that it was good.

Weekend stay

We decided at the last minute to rent a house on the river to celebrate my daughters birthday. I asked the owner if we could have guest. She was kind and said absolutely!! It was a perfect size house with a great kitchen. If there’s a downside which really there is not - you have to walk down a hill to get to the river. I misread the information and thought we could walk directly out the door and see the water. The walk is easy and the water is perfect. Great place to relax We loved the house and I’m sure we will book again

Comfortable Stay with Great River Access

Our group included two families with children ages 6-8, and this house was just right for our stay. The home was well-appointed, spacious and comfortable. The kids loved the bunk room, and we all enjoyed the collection of classic VHS tapes for movie nights. The front porch had a great view of the cliffs, and the home’s A/C worked very well. We ended up driving our vehicle to the complex’s beach since we had several floats to haul. The River access was awesome! We parked on the well-kept caliche parking area and were able to walk right into the water. We stuck to the shallower areas of the river, but there were deeper sections a little further downstream. Tanya, the host, was very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great River float spot!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. PROS: - Community river access about 75 yards away was easy to get to and a great little spot for fishing, swimming and lounging. - House was super comfortable, beds are great, and plenty of room. - VHS players and library were a nostalgia win. - Price was affordable - Area was quiet. - Caps Crossing next door is run by good folks and very willing to help in any way. - Beds were extremely comfortable. CONS: (no dealbreakers) - Pretty far away from restaurants, an amenities, but River access is everywhere. - Property had dead ants in cupboards - Leftover food was still in sinks - Many dishes and utensils were not thoroughly cleaned - dried old food stuck to some items. Even with the cons, we're going to make this a pin on our map. if you want to float the river, this was a great place to start. We'll definitely be back.

Both positive and negative characteristics--Adequate Overall

Our family of four adults and four teens stayed at this place for seven nights, and overall it was relatively clean (with exceptions listed below), close to river and adequate for our stay. On the positive side: * two large bathrooms with lots of counter space (granite) * large master bedroom with good mattress * large kitchen with granite counters * new washer and older dryer that works well *excellent air conditioner * lots of shampoo/conditioner/laundry soap/dishwasher soap/dishwashing soap *lots of parking *pretty large front patio *within walking distance of Cap's where you can rent tubes On the negative side: * no view of the river at all (view from porch is of house opposite and front gate/road) * only two bathrooms are on the second floor with the bedrooms (third bathroom is on the bottom floor by itself) * all condos in this addition have open porches on the second floor that are close to one another---you can hear everything coming from the porches of the nearby houses including talking and music * the interior is very dated and some furnishings need to be replaced such as squeaky barstools, highly worn couch and loveseat, and bedding. Queen mattress in small bedroom has a trench in the center, so both people roll to the center. *there is only one couch and a love seat in the living area near the only large television in the unit--more seating would have been helpful. *upon arrival, patio area on second floor including tables and chairs had not been cleaned--food present on patio rugs and table. Additionally, two of the chairs around the table were unusable because they lean so far back (springs are worn out) and the cushions on the two love seats on the porch do not fit that furniture at all which makes sitting on them less than ideal. *Fridge and freezer are nice and pretty new, but ice maker had not been cleaned out prior to arrival and contained large chunk of ice (possible water leak in ice maker). *Several people in our group reported seeing cockroaches in the condo. *Food such as canned goods were left in pantry, but so was flour which does not seem like a good idea with multiple people coming in and out of the condo. Overall, it was fine for our stay, but in our opinion the quality of the condo did not justify the price that we paid, and although it is a short walk/drive to the river, that location did not compensate for that quality.
