Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place in down town New Braunfels on the Comal River.

Condo is directly on the Comal river with a pool and hot tub on premise. Texas tubes is next door for easy tubing access. 5 min walk to all downtown has to offer.

No renters under age 25. Dogs are welcome. This is unit 207A.

Always a great experience!

We have stayed in this condo 3 times now and have enjoyed it everytime. The property is always clean and well stocked. The property owner is always very responsive and kind. When we plan a trip to New Braunfels I always try to plan it around this property’s availability.

Where the deer and the family play


Really enjoyed the quiet setting, so close to downtown. Lots of nature out your doorstep with the deer and all the conveniences you need to have a comfortable stay.

Great Location, clean and updated

We took this trip to float the river and the location of this property was perfect with a tube rental right next door. The condo was very clean and the inside had recently been updated giving it a more modern feel than some of the other properties listed. We were very happy with our stay - we had no issues and getting into the condo was very easy.

The listing is as advertised, no disappointments. The condo was very clean and updated. My family and have zero complaints about our stay. Matthew was great and made sure all of our needs were met and thensome. Highly recommend.

Spring on the Comal

Clean, well appointed, and convenient condo located just off the traffic circle. Great view of the Comal River and the pool area from the patio. We did not cook in the unit but there appeared to be plenty of plates and cooking utensils. The covered parking under the A building is limited to vehicles with a maximum height 6' 1". Too close to try it for our Ford Expedition. There is plenty of parking in the open. We were there during the week and it was very quiet. For tubing, there is a tube place within walking distance of the complex. Muss & Fuss is fun with an excellent regional beer selection. Krause's Cafe has a great covered, open eating area with a nice selection of beer on tap. The menu is a bit eclectic to be called a German restaurant but the sausage and schnitzel were tasty.

Our time was bittersweet as a family pet got sick. Matt the property manager came to our unit and helped me load the dog onto his truck and transport him to a local vet. Sadly the dog did not make it. But I can't thank Matt enough for all his help and kindness. The property was beautiful. The floor tile unique. I won't spoil the surprise but its worth looking closely at to discover all the surprising details. And from my entire family. Thank you Matt.

2nd time guests

This was our 4th time staying in this complex and our 2nd time staying in this particular condo with this host. Matt is always wonderful and the condo has be great both times we have stayed. Anytime we come to town I try to book this condo. The condo is clean and well put together. We will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent location and view from the condo. Fresh remodel in 2022 including both bathrooms and the kitchen. The condo will sleep 6 adults comfortably, but can sleep 8 if you have a mix of children in the group.
