Cette maison centenaire entièrement rénovée comprend trois lits king-size et deux lits gigognes. Il comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée qui se connecte à un salon confortable. Hors du salon est une salle à manger spacieuse pouvant accueillir 10 personnes. Une laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur High Effeciancy rend votre séjour plus comme à la maison. Détendez-vous sur le porche avec une boisson fraîche après une journée amusante sur la rivière. Vous n'êtes également qu'à quelques pâtés de maisons du Wurstfest.

Wonderful!!

The property was wonderful! Very cozy, yet with enough room for everyone. We loved that it had a nice large formal dining room where we shared a great meal together as a family. It was clean, well stocked and well kept. The owner communicated very well. The house had 3 nice bathrooms and plenty of space in the bedrooms for luggage etc. It was a great experience!

Right next to Texas Tubes

We originally picked this listing because of location, it's right next to the entrance down to Texas Tubes. The house was clean, stayed very cool, the king beds were all sleep numbers, and three full bathrooms was a big plus. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and extras like sugar, foil, coffee, etc. Loved the rocking chairs on the front porch too. Would absolutely rent here again!

Great Location for Our 3 Generation Gathering

This house can’t be beat! Large, affordable and walking distance to both floating location and night life in downtown New Braunfels! I’ll be back next year!

Weekend getaway

This was a great location for floating the river. Part of our group stayed in the cabins behind us which was very convenient. We had enough space to have everyone for dinner one night. The only downside of the house is that one bedroom doesn’t have a bathroom and all bathrooms are accessed through a bedroom. It was a little inconvenient. Overall a great place to stay

Great House

Great house - very clean and nicely decorated. Perfect location - less than a minute to walk to Texas Tubes to float the river. Easy walk to restaurants in town. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Great Family Time

Beautiful house for family time! We enjoyed the town of New Braunfels with our relatives there, and loved the game time and porch time at the house! Well stocked, great beds, and easy process. We got to tube right here! For sure a crowd pleaser to stay here!

Excellent location & home!

Veronica was amazing and super communicative! We loved the location - just minutes from Schlitterbaun, Gruene, and so many great family activities. The house was perfect for our family of 5 plus grandparents. We will visit again!

Annual Float 2023

Would highly recommend this Beautiful home! It’s super spacious, has all the essentials you would need and it’s in a perfect location. Best part is you literally have the entry to the Comal river/Texas Tubes in the backyard. Thank you for sharing your home with us :)

Outstanding place to Stay!

We rented this house for the weekend as we had a wedding to attend in Gruene. It was 15 minutes from the venue and within walking distance of the river as well we were able to do some tubing before the wedding lol! The house was gorgeous and clean. We had no trouble reaching Veronica for any question we had. The sleep number mattress’s were a surprise and were fantastic. I highly recommend this house for your next stay in New Braunfels.

Charming Comfort

So many things were so great. The home was beautiful and the location was perfect. The hosts are amazing! They thought of EVERYTHING from cornhole to citronella candles for outdoor sitting areas. I loved sitting on the front porch. Deer would often wander into the front yard during our morning coffee time.

We were very impressed with how close it was to two tube rental places (walking distance). We ended up floating the Comal twice because we were so close.

Best place to stay on the Comal River

This is hand down the best place to stay on the Comal River. The house is great for a large group, the location is as good as it gets. This is the second year in a row we have stayed here and I can't imagine ever going anywhere else.

Cute place-great location

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a group. We had five adults stay here and had plenty of space. As advertised, it is very conveniently located, and felt safe enough to walk to the festival that happened to be going on that weekend, and it is really just a stone’s throw from the river. The host is super conscientious about communicating and replied promptly to any questions.

Perfect Paradise

This is my second time staying at one of Veronica’s properties in New Braunfels. The property is pristine, and you can tell she takes great pride in her houses, well maintained and super cute. The location can't be beat, we walked to nearby restaurants and bars. The house was absolutely perfect, 4 bedrooms to sleep all 10 adults and 3 full baths!!!! Plenty of paved parking which was a great thing since it poured down rain during the beginning of our stay. All my friends were impressed and happy with the house I booked, I'm sure they will be back on their own separate family get away.

Great House right near tubing in New Braunfels

We chose this location because we wanted to visit both Austin and San Antonio. It's 45 minutes to Austin and about 35 to San Antonio. Very easy to access off the highway. This property was very comfortable for our family of 6.

We were in town for a wedding and 7 of us stayed here - it was perfect! Plenty of space for everyone. Highly recommend!

Our grandchildren are the 6th generation of our family in the New Braunfels area. We purchased this house in 2011 and have restored it from the ground up. We tried to keep most of the original feel of the over 100 year old home but with new features as well.

2 river outfitters right across the street. The Comal River is a football field away. You can walk to historic downtown New Braunfels. Very short drive to historic Gruene as well.
