We had a perfect pre-/off-season stay with plenty of sleeping space. The location is fantastic—right between Vineyard Haven and Edgartown—making it easy to bike to both, plus there’s a beach across the street. The WiFi wasn’t working when we first arrived, but the owner was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to fix it quickly. We’ll definitely be back!

Convenient Clean Awesome

I was able to get to the house within minutes from the Vineyard Haven ferry. There was plenty of parking. The house was immaculate and well appointed. The beaches and restaurants nearby were great. It was also very convenient to find on the way back from a long day. The beds are very comfortable.

This house was perfect. Super cute interior, well outfitted beds, plenty of space for our large family (2 adults, 4 kids, 1 small dog) - bonus points for the big laundry machines. Extra points for the super helpful and responsive host who went out of his way for us - even when I was messaging late at night on a Saturday after my daughter took a fall in Edgartown and had to be transported to Vineyard Hospital by ambulance. We will definitely rent this house again. Highly recommend!!

Mostly fine but noise makers.

When we got to the rental the front and side of the property was so bad we did not even want to go in. The side of the property that we were on was very nice and clean inside. The back was also nice. The price was very reasonable. However the very loud music coming from the front property was very annoying. Once we got them to turn the music down later on they started singing with a guitar, also very annoying.

We only stayed here for 1 night. The property is located right next to the hospital so I was worried it may be a bit loud but it was surprisingly quiet the night we stayed here. There are multiple units in this house and it was a little confusing trying to find the correct entrance. If you pull into the driveway on the opposite side of the house the outside is very dirty with a lot of trash which was concerning at first but once we found our unit it was clean and the front porch was clean as well. There is an alarm panel located in the kitchen and above it a disarm code was written. The alarm went off a few times (once in the middle of the night.) I messaged the contact person to ask why it was going off. I received a response a few hours later but it was never explained to me why the alarm was going off in the first place. We were able to turn it off with the disarm code at least.

Poor experience. Keys were not found in location reported in check in instructions. Rotting fruit dropped from fruit trees over driveway attracted yellow jackets throughout the day. Outdoor shower had only cold water. Beach chairs were destroyed and unusable. Bathroom had terrible musty smell and shower leaked water all of bathroom floor.

Upon our scheduled check-in at 4:00, we walked up to the font porch to be welcomed with garbage bags of trash. The house was not ready. Dirty linens on the floor in all bedrooms along with stained mattress and pillows in rooms. Bathroom was disgusting with human waste left on the toilet. All floors were not clean. Kitchen was not clean. Also, this is a side guest house attached to a larger house. There were trash bags, boxes, and old couches on the front porch. Windows broken and looks to be occupied by young island workers. I called the property handler to let them know what we walked into and to reach out to the owner. The owner never called back. Resulting in us not staying there and scrambling to find another place to stay, but even if someone came out to clean the house, the house was not acceptable or safe to stay in.
