The number of guests at the property should never exceed the maximum occupancy at any time - The community weekend barista service is available seasonally and closed for the summer - Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras: 2 cameras are on the left side of the house facing the pool area and side yard, 1 camera is on the side of the house facing the backyard, and 1 camera is on the front of the house facing the driveway. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and sound when activated by motion

As advertised. Great accommodations. Location short easy drive to downtown. Out door grounds, Spool, fireplace, putt putt were fantastic. Easy walk to other accommodations. Pools, gym, bar. Would definitely recommend.

The hot tub was enjoyable with strong jets. The beautiful, spotless. home was amazing and well-stocked to make our stay quite comfortable. We enjoyed the beautifully landscaped yard with privacy. Our host was closely in touch, helpful in every way. Walking in the development was delightful!

Experience an exceptional vacation stay in a place that is impeccable, cozy, and perfectly private.
This was the most delightful vacation stay I’ve ever experienced. The home was immaculately clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the amenities one could desire. The host’s responsiveness was exceptional—prompt, attentive, and incredibly helpful. The beautiful, private yard provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect spot to unwind. ⭐️ A Perfect, Peaceful Escape
This was, without a doubt, the best VRBO rental I have ever stayed in. I truly wish every host operated at this level. The home was impeccably clean, incredibly cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need—and then some.The yard is absolutely beautiful and feels wonderfully private, making it the perfect place to unwind. This stay provided the relaxing getaway I didn’t realize how much I needed. I would return in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay at this property! Diane was great to work with and very responsive. The house was clean and well appointed. Very quiet neighborhood. This is on the north side of Palm Springs but it's a quick trip to get downtown to restaurants/shopping.

This home exceeded our expectations! It was clean, inviting, and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, just like the rest of the house. The charcuterie tray upon arrival was a delightful surprise! The outdoor areas were fantastic; we loved the spa, pool, and fire pit. Our host, Diane, was incredibly sweet and responded quickly to all our inquiries. The community is very quiet and well-maintained. The community pools were heated and spotless. I would definitely stay here again.
