Modern luxury meets contemporary style in this spectacular Executive Villa. Spacious open concept floor plan, two fabulous master suites plus a third space that can serve as a home office or sleeping quarters for overflow guests. This impressive single-family home has a private pool yard with gorgeous mountain views. The focus here is on easy living in the sunshine.

THE LIVING SPACES
The Artful Cosmo is more than 2,200 square feet of pure decadence where it's all about relaxing in the Palm Springs sunshine. The great room provides an upscale but comfortable place for your entire group to spread out and relax. The kitchen, dining, and living area are all open to each other. The chef's kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Along the front of the house are huge walls of glass that reveal your own walled yard that has a pool and spa, al fresco dining, a gas barbecue, and gorgeous mountain views. The backyard provides a wonderful private space to relax and read a book or have a cocktail. The backyard also has a wonderful fire feature to enjoy your favorite Cosmo (or other beverage) while enjoying the wonderful desert nights. The Artful Cosmo blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor living in true Palm Springs style.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The pool and spa area have a great dining area, mountain views, and a seating area to enjoy a cocktail and great conversation all with an amazing mountain view.
On the other side of the house, there is a great fire feature to enjoy the stars and a late-night cocktail.

Optional Pool & Spa Heating is $75/night, if you would like spa-only heating it is $30/night

There are security cameras on the pool equipment and at the side gate by the trash cans, along with a Ring Doorbell (there are NO cameras in the house, garage, front yard pool area, or backyard).

Wonderful Getaway to the Sun 🌞

We loved this beautiful home. We really enjoyed everyone having their own bedroom and full bath to use. The pool, spa and mountain views were amazing!

Beautiful home, relaxing stay

This was our second stay at the Artful Cosmo. We love the house. The extra master made it easy to invite another family couple and they also very much enjoyed their stay. Jeremy is a fabulous host. He met us in person to go through the house basics and he was alway available when we had questions. I highly recommend the house and the host

Beautiful home

The home was gorgeous. Well equipped. The house is on the north side of town that is more windy. I would advise checking wind maps and seasonal winds of Palm Springs when renting. We also did not have the best weather during our stay. But we had a day when downtown Palm Springs was beautiful, but back at this house we couldn’t even have a drink by the pool because the cups were blowing over. Forget about using the umbrellas! Besides not really being able to use the outside, the house was exceptional. It is a perfect set up if you stayed inside.

Great stay!

I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property again, and that tells you everything you need to know! Great house with lots of spaces, beautiful pool and hot tub, and easy access! Loved it.

Palm Springs Perfection

Incredible vacation home where every detail surpasses expectation! Gorgeous house, two luscious outdoor spaces with a sparkling pool and relaxing hot tub, romantic fire pit for moon gazing, tons of places to gather indoors and out, and a fantastic property manager who couldn’t have been more helpful! We napped and read and swam and lounged to our heart’s content. This home is a gem, and we can’t wait to return!
