There are multiple seating options for everyone, streaming from multiple pool lounge chaises to a nice arrangement of patio chairs. The two guest bedrooms both feature en-suite bathrooms and are loaded with charm and feature spacious walk-in shower.

The kitchen has new appliances, coffee pot, and all the traditional accoutrements to prepare snacks and meals during your stay.

Whether you're enjoying the television in the living room, or in one of the guest bedrooms, you'll have plenty to watch as this property offers Youtube TV for live TV viewing. During football season, you'll have access to the Sunday ticket, where you can watch your favorite NFL team while vacationing in sunny Palm Springs.

We are very conscientious, we implement a buffer period between guests, and have the house professionally cleaned and sanitized, including washing all linens and towels. We want you to enjoy the magical experience of Cozy up at Miralon.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool heat is available at an additional cost of $49 nightly or $245 weekly. Pool heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees.
