The open concept floor plan has walls of glass with views out to the pool, and amazing mountain views from the yard. A Chef`s kitchen, spa-like bathrooms and 3 comfortable bedroom suites.

The interior living and kitchen area feature an open concept with walls of glass and fine furnishings throughout. The comfortable couch sits center to the large smart television while the pool table sits opposite. This magnificent home features smart technology, so simply ask Alexia to turn on the lights, outside fountain, pool lights, etc. The dining table has seating for 6 with additional seating at the gorgeous waterfall edge kitchen island.

The contemporary kitchen features a large island, gas range, great counter space and is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils and appliances to tackle any meal.

All bedrooms all have hotel-quality mattresses, flatscreen TVs and ample storage. The Primary Suite features a King bed, TV, and large windows that overlook the pristine pool. The en suite bath has a large step free spa like walk-in shower. Suite 2 has a Queen bed, TV, and en suite shower. Suite 3 is a replica of the second guest bedroom offering guests their own in bedroom television and a highly desirable en suite bathroom.

Outdoors, the backyard retreat has all the amenities you want on vacation. At the center of the yard is the pool that overlooks the stacked stone fountain. Lounge poolside and enjoy one another's company or grab that book you've been waiting to ready while soaking up the Palm Springs sunshine. You can also rinse easily by stepping underneath the outdoor shower – what a great way to experience the Palm Springs lifestyle. There's also a dining table for 6 for all those al fresco meals you're going to enjoy.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.
