Welcome to The Villa Grand Prix! This stunning vacation home has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms. It is the perfect set up for a group or family of six to enjoy a secluded, relaxing, poolside getaway.

The backyard features stunning mountain views, an enclosed patio with seating for six, and a lovely rectangular pool with fountain features. Next to the pool, there is a built-in awning to provide shade for the three oversized, chaise lounge chairs. This backyard offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy a relaxing getaway at this one-of-a-kind desert oasis.

The entryway highlights the beautiful, open floor plan that the Villa Grand Prix has to offer! Complete with traditional furnishings, a gas fireplace, plenty of natural lighting, a cozy workspace and a half bathroom located right off the entry.

Stepping into the living room there is a large, flatscreen smart TV mounted on the wall, which pairs perfectly with the oversized couch with enough seating for six! This set-up provides the perfect excuse to enjoy a private movie screening in the privacy of your own home. Complete with plenty of windows, a ceiling fan with a dimmer light, and stylish decor. You and your guests will feel right at home!

The kitchen features vibrant wood cabinetry that offers endless storage space for our guests, stainless steel appliances, a large butcher`s block island, a breakfast bar with seating for two, natural lighting and a hanging chandelier. It serves as one of the best spots the Villa Grand Prix has to offer for entertainment. This space also features a lovely and secluded dining area with seating for six, complete with beautiful gold accents.

The first bedroom has a stylish, king-sized bed, wood furnishings, a flat screen smart TV, a ceiling fan, and an abundance of natural lighting that's connected to the second guest bedroom via a Jack-in-Jill bathroom. This second guest bedroom showcases two twin sized beds, modern decor, a ceiling fan, and a mounted flat screen TV.

The third bedroom, otherwise known as the Primary bedroom, has a lovely king-sized bed, traditional furnishings, and a private entrance to the pool. This bedroom also has an en-suite that has all the amenities you would expect to find in your own bathroom. Starting with an oversized walk-in shower, a large standalone soaking bathtub, and a double vanity sink.

The Villa Grand Prix is located near Downtown Palm Springs with plenty of restaurants, entertainment and activities to do. The quiet, residential neighborhood provides feelings of peace and tranquility throughout your entire stay.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $69 nightly or $345 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
