Located just 7 minutes from Queenstowns town centre, 11 Aspen Grove is a modern villa with stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains. This spacious two-level home is ideal for families or groups looking for luxury and convenience near Queenstowns shops and attractions.
The first level offers a large open-plan living area that flows into a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. Step out onto the balcony to take in the spectacular lake views or relax on the private deck. On the opposite side, the courtyard features BBQ facilities, a covered dining area, a wood-burning fireplace, and comfortable seating¿ideal for outdoor meals or enjoying the fresh air. The main level also includes a convenient powder room.
The master bedroom upstairs has large windows with lake views and a luxurious ensuite with a freestanding bathtub. Downstairs, three additional bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements. The guest suite includes a king-sized bed, an ensuite, a kitchenette, and two single bunks¿great for families. Two other bedrooms with queen-sized beds share a bathroom.
For relaxation, enjoy the spa pool while taking in the scenery. The media room offers a comfortable space to unwind. The villa also has an indoor garage for convenience.
