Grand Lakeside Escape with Double Decker Dock!

This cabin is tucked away on the calm waters of Fox Hollow, which is on the Drowning Creek Cove of South Grand Lake -- just a short 1:20 minute drive from Tulsa. The cabin combines the best of old and new - nostalgic knotty-pine paneling and native stone fireplace combined with all leather and wood furnishings and premium pillow-top beds, linens, and towels. Relax on the sun porch with your morning coffee, made with your choice of a Keurig or traditional coffee maker. The covered boat dock has roof-top access for sunbathing or taking a plunge into the water below. This amazing dock is shared with one neighbor. The smaller swim dock is for guests of this house only. Launch one of our kayaks into the calm waters for an evening cruise around the cove and upon your return plan to roast marshmallows around the beautiful smokeless fire pit area. Enjoy Grand Lake's extensive entertainment options -- from waterfront dining and nightlife, to wakeboarding or tubing on Drowning Creek, to cliff jumping in nearby Dripping Springs Hollow, and some of the best bass fishing anywhere. And bring your Jeep or 4-wheeler, as some of the nation's best rock crawling is only a ten minute drive away below the Pensacola Dam in Disney. And if you don't have a boat, or 4-wheeler, not to worry -- as plenty of rental options abound.

The spacious cabin has a wide open floor plan, with a great room/kitchen/dining combo space, large climate controlled sun room and 2 bedrooms, each with queen pillow top beds. There is a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress in the great room and a day bed with a trundle in the sun room.

This was a beautiful property with easy lake access. We enjoyed the swings and sitting area greatly. The cabin was clean and full of fun activities.

Great Time!

We had a great stay at this property! Loved the house and the great amenities that came along with it. Only thing is we didn’t know that the dock was a shared property because it wasn’t stated in the listing. Overall, it was an amazing experience. Thanks!

Beautiful scenery. Quiet and relaxing. Clean. I would definitely go back!

Our group had an amazing trip. It was just what we were looking for. We loved our view and the scenery so much we spent most of our time outside soaking it all in! Definitely recommend!

Mother's Day Getaway

This was the most amazing Mother's Day weekend getaway. The house sits in a quiet cove and the hosts literally provide everything to make your stay comfortable. So many sweet memories made here and Mindy went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Lots to do in the area...definitely recommened Catfish Cafe just up the road.

Quite location for relaxation

2cd stay at this property. Love the quite location, the private swim dock and me and son really enjoy the kayaks. Cons are both times we had to run to store to pickup Siran wrap and foil and grill is on its last leg as the pan for charcoal is collapsing. Overall I highly recommend.

Lake Time

Really enjoyed our time at this property. The boat slip made the weekend so much easier, no daily loading and unloading. Was able to use all the kitchen and grilling tools for breakfast and dinners. Would definitely recommend this property and owners.

Good get away from the city

The location is far away from the city and the combination of it being near water was great for us. Fun times at the fire pit and on the deck. Very quiet at night and minimal light pollution. Was perfect size for me and my son

Good Getaway

Everything was great with our stay with the exception of a couple of things. We thought for the amount of money charged per night that we shouldn't have to clean out the grill, fireplace, or fire pit before being able to use them.

Family vacation

Nice little cabin on the water to enjoy with family. Very clean and had a good amount of amenities (pack and play for the little one, box fan and griddle for making pancakes, bacon etc)… the swim mat out on the lake was wonderful and the kids stayed out there for hours enjoying the water because of it! Open floor plan made it nice for everyone to be together at all times. Overall wonderful stay only side note I would make is the washer and dryer is small and you can only wash or dry at one time … just something I think should be known but again overall would recommend and we loved our stay!

Wonderful time, great home.

We had a great time staying at this place. Very clean, had everything we needed. Beds, blankets were cozy. The boat dock was so much fun. You can jump off the top of the upper deck. The cove was quiet and perfect for swimming and kayaking. Also boat ramp directly across from house for smaller boats. We loved adventuring out, so many beautiful places around. Also, Mike was so easy to communicate with and responds quickly to all of our questions. Thanks !

Family Fun

I visited this property for three nights with two other adults and two teenagers. We had a great time! The property was clean, organized, and there was plenty of room for us 5. Beds were comfy! The kids really enjoyed jumping from the covered dock, floating on the water pad, and taking the kayaks out. We enjoyed our time. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. Only thing I would note for future travelers is that it can be taxing to access the water for anyone with mobility issues.

Wonderful place off the beaten path!

I cannot express how much my family and I enjoyed our stay at this little lakeside oasis. From the moment we arrived, everything was as pictured and stated on the listing. The place was full of everything we needed during our stay, including extra linens, cooking dishes and supplies and a host of games. The balcony and fire pit with seating area were both utilized and we loved the water being just steps away. They even had kayaks, floaties, zero gravity lawn chairs, a lily pad for the water and wiener and marshmallow roasting holders! The weekend was spent catching up with family we haven’t seen in a while and this place was the perfect place for it. The area was quiet and peaceful and and away from the business of the main part of the lake. The host was super helpful and very responsive to the few questions I asked after arriving. We enjoyed the hospitality and will be back!

Fantastic getaway!

In July, we took our family/friends here. We have rented many homes and by far, loved this one the MOST. Not only was it a nice place but the hospitality was top notch. The owner is very accommodating and kind. The cabin comes with everything! Most rentals have basic kitchen supplies and bed/bath linens. Not this place. It comes with high quality bed and bath linens. The cabin had all the basics but with additional items that you normally have to bring like foil, Ziplocs, grilling utensils, dishwasher and clothes soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, first aid kit, etc. Tons of cooking utensils, cutting boards, pots, strainers, you name it. The list goes on. Not only did they provide those additional items; they had tons of games, movies, satellite, and Wi-Fi. No, we didn't come out for TV/Wi-Fi but having the option with 3 young children was nice. Kayaks were included, as well as a float mat. The boat dock was phenomenal for jumping. We had an island float that we tied to the dock and swam all day. We had a blast and will be coming back. The cove is so quiet. Except the occasional paddle-boarder and stray boat, we had the cove to ourselves. No heavy boat traffic. If you are looking for a weekend getaway or family/group vacation, this place is a wonderful option. We highly recommend and cannot wait to go back. Thank you Mike for providing the foundation for a fantastic vacation!

Lovely well-equipped rental

We spent a lovely time during spring break just relaxing, fishing, cooking out, etc with my teenage kids. The house was as advertised...had super comfy beds, bathrooms were updated and super clean, kitchen was well equipped for our cooking, furniture was new and comfortable, and overall the inside was perfect. The property is right on the water with an awesome dock. It’s on the very end of a small narrow outlet of the lake but was fine with us. The kayaks are a nice touch and the kids paddled all over. The owner Mike was wonderful to deal with and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and it was very easy to check in and out of the rental. Linens were excellent...my teens each wanted their own bed so we used the pull out sofa and blow up bed and they were both great with sheets and blankets provided. Overall the rental is super. For the price of the rental, it was a wonderful time. If you are looking for a more luxury Shangri La type setting, this isn’t it, but it isn’t priced to be that either!!! It’s a more rustic lake environment than some might prefer but we had a lovely relaxing time. I know lakelife can look like many different things to different people depending on what you prefer. This isn’t a higher end part of the lake and accommodation on the water, but the price of the property reflects that. You would pay double or triple for this size and type of home in the fancier areas of the lake. For the price it is a wonderful option and appropriate for what we needed and what you get. We had a fabulous time and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Holiday

First time using VRBO. We needed a place where family could come together. Booked this cabin, as soon as we arrived my college daughters went straight to vacation mode. We aren’t gamers but they took to the vintage wii for nostalgic fun, followed by old movies from their childhood. The cabin had a wide assortment of board and card games. The furniture was comfortable especially the beds. My wife wants to know where she can get those pillows. It isn’t fancy but it has charm. It had everything we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner.
