Conveniently situated next to our larger property that sleeps 20 and across the street from the Cabin that sleeps up to 4. All three properties together could sleep up to 30. We're pet-friendly and committed to ensuring every guest enjoys a delightful stay.

This is a perfect retreat offering breathtaking views of the lake. This charming 730 square foot farmhouse-style house is designed for comfort and coziness, creating the perfect setting for a tranquil getaway.

Situated on the shores of Grand Lake, this cabin provides an unparalleled vista that will leave you awe-inspired. Unwind on your private deck, where the serenity of the lake unfolds before you, promising relaxation and rejuvenation. While the fire pit is currently undergoing enhancements, it will be primed for your enjoyment before the cooler weather sets in. Should you wish to explore the waters, a small boat dock is at your disposal, awaiting your request.

Grand Lake beckons with a plethora of exciting vacation pursuits, from excellent fishing to duck hunting. Strategically positioned, our location is a boon for those residing in the heart of the Midwest. Only 20 minutes away from Grove, Vinita, and Miami, Oklahoma, and a mere 30-minute drive to the Disney Off-Road Trails. Moreover, we are conveniently situated 1 hour from Tulsa, 40 minutes from Joplin, MO, and a mere 3 hours from Kansas City. Our rental also boasts a unique distinction as one of the closest properties (within 6 miles) to Grand Lake when approaching from I-44 Afton exit, ensuring you the quickest route to this aquatic paradise.

The Cottage:
- 2 Bedroom with King Beds
- 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa
- Dining table accommodating up to 4 guests
- Full sized stove, microwave, refrigerator, and an apartment sized washer/dryer and convenient pantry.
- The roomy outdoor deck is 380 square feet.

Enhance your stay with these extra services:
- Pre-ordered grocery pick-up and delivery, for added convenience
- Request a small boat dock or boat launching assistance

For our cherished guests with canine companions:
- The fee per stay for the first dog is $100. Size does matter in this case, we only accept smaller dogs at this property.
- One additional dog is $50 (maximum limit of 2 dogs)
- Should you plan to bring more than one dog, we kindly request advance notice so that we can adjust the fee accordingly before your arrival.

Should your group expand beyond the needs of this rental, across the street is The Cabin (Property ID 3534114) and it sleeps 4 and The Main House next door (Property ID 2450207) sleeps 20. There are also two convenient RV spots, one has water and electric for $25 per night and the other has full-hookups for a $50 per night.

Relaxing Weekend

The Cottage is extremely Clean and Comfortable! The King sized bed and the gorgeously tiled showers were very nice. It has been beautifully decorated with an eye for detail. Being able to relax on the couch and view the lake from the large windows or on the beautiful deck and listen to the many songs of birds was so relaxing. Loved watching the Pelicans glide along the water and the Cranes flying around. In the evening sitting around the campfire and listening to the frogs was delightful. This Cottage was perfect inside and out for a reset from a hectic life. Plus it was close to restaurants in the town and the hosts were very helpful.
