ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and balcony. Second bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
