- The property has ceiling fans but does not offer air conditioning. Please note that, typically, air conditioning is not needed due to the prevailing river breeze
- There is another bookable vacation rental in the adjacent lot with a shared driveway and steps to access the shoreline; other travelers may be present during your stay
- The property is not childproofed and features steep steps and water access, which may not be suitable for young children
- The shoreline is rocky and may not be walkable
- Severe flooding in 2017 and 2019, along with strong winds, caused significant waterfront damage, washing the small dock ashore and leading to erosion. A retaining wall and new steps were added in 2020, but there is still no direct water access. For safety, do not attempt to climb down the rocks, as it may result in injury. Guests can enjoy the best view of the St. Lawrence from the property
