Newly on the rental market, 220 Snowcreek sleeps 8 in a spacious three level, pet friendly, four-season condo with stunning Sherwin Mountains views. Recently renovated in mountain chic style, it offers all new furniture and dĂ©cor and located in Snowcreek. This condo is situated in one of the best locations anywhere in Snowcreek with the Mammoth Meadow Preserve practically in its backyard (keep an eye out for the frequent deer visits). In Winter, the kiddos and pups have a fabulous snow-play area almost all their own. In Summer, you have direct walking-bridge access to the popular Meadow for delightful nature walks and step out the front door where thereâs a small creek trickling through. In Winter, you can see directly to the top of Mammoth: top of the Gondola, Daveâs Run, Chair 23, and Lincoln Mountain. The main level offers the definition of open concept design with living area, dining area, kitchen, and home-office space all interconnected in an open floor plan. It is ideal for family gatherings, holiday meals, entertaining, and watching sporting events on the large sectional with Smart TV and Cable. Or gather around and enjoy cozy evenings in front of the wood-burning fireplace. The main level balcony has gorgeous views of the Sherwin Mountains, Mammoth Rock and Mammoth Crest and is equipped with outdoor furniture and a private gas BBQ grill. The contemporary dining table seats 8 with more bar seating available at the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully stocked for entertaining and includes a Keurig and air fryer. The attractive primary bedroom on the ground level offers its own deck with adirondack chairs (perfect for
morning coffee), a comfortable king size bed, 65â flat screen smart TV, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub, separate vanity, and large south facing sliding glass door providing lots of light year-round. The charming and cozy second bedroom also offers a king size bed plus flat screen smart TV, dresser, sizable closet, and easy access to the second bathroom with walk-in shower, and separate vanity area. Over the main level, is the open loft with two full size beds, smart TV, and vaulted wood paneled ceiling and ceiling fan. Itâs a perfect hide-a-way for the kids. The condo is pet friendly, but more than that, it offers a large wood and metal rustic-styled dog crate making an ideal home-away-from-home for the pups while youâre on the slopes or other adventure. While this unit is gorgeous, it is also practical. It has a full-size washer and dryer, an outdoor ski locker to store your adventure gear, and two mudroom spaces for coming inside from the great outdoors. Wifi is included. There is a community jacuzzi on property. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. The unit is centrally located: Eagle Lodge, Canyon Lodge, The Village, Vons, Mammoth golf courses, and Vons are only minutes away. There is also a free shuttle stop on Minaret Road at the entrance to Snowcreek. There is ample outdoor parking, guests will be provided with 2 outdoor parking permits, and a flat walk from the parking area to the unit. Close by is the Mammoth Creek park, where you can fish the creek, use the playground or enjoy the Mammoth Community Rec Zone or LA Kings Ice that offers a host of activities and year-round recreation opportunities.
