Profitez d'une vue imprenable sur la montagne Mammoth depuis ce lotissement de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains situé dans la communauté très recherchée de Snowcreek Phase 5! Détendez-vous dans le confort d'une cheminée à gaz confortable et d'une télévision à écran plat, ou d'un barbecue sur le balcon et divertissez-vous dans le plan d'étage ouvert de la cuisine tout en profitant de la vue imprenable sur la montagne que vos amis et votre famille vont évanouir.

La maison dispose d'une suite parentale à l'étage et au rez-de-chaussée avec lits King, salles de bain privées et téléviseurs à écran plat, la chambre à l'étage a même un bureau (si vous devez pendant vos vacances). La troisième chambre dispose d'un lit Queen également avec télévision à écran plat. Le salon à l'étage dispose d'un canapé-lit pour un hébergement supplémentaire, ainsi que d'une salle à manger pour 8 personnes et de sièges supplémentaires au bar de la cuisine. Les équipements supplémentaires incluent une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, une laveuse / sécheuse privée dans la buanderie, un garage privé pour 1 voiture et n'hésitez pas à emmener Fido pour profiter des grands espaces, car cette maison de ville accepte également les animaux domestiques (un animal domestique de moins de 25 livres)! Ce condo est situé directement à côté du bain à remous communautaire, vous n'avez donc pas besoin de marcher loin pour vous imprégner.

Cette unité peut accueillir un maximum de 8 personnes, comme 2 niveaux à l'intérieur et environ 6 marches pour entrer (entrée de garage au niveau du sol). Tous les clients de Mammoth Sierra Reservations bénéficient d'un accès complet gratuit au Snowcreek Athletic Club pour profiter des installations comprenant une piscine intérieure chauffée, un hammam / sauna, un centre de fitness complet, du yoga, des pilates et un studio de vélo et plus encore. Les clients recevront deux laissez-passer de stationnement, 1 véhicule peut se garer dans le garage privé, 1 dans l'allée et il y a un parking à débordement pour les clients très proche à côté du bain à remous. My family and I have always stayed in Snowcreek condos for over 15 years and love the area but have never stayed on the fairway side. This was my first time and it was the best experience i’ve had with snowcreek. such a lovely area. This condo was right next to the jacuzzi which was very convenient. The amenities and size and layout of the condo was perfect. The experience was all together great.

Beautiful condo and location but not clean and key things broken

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love 909 Fairway! In fact, if the owners are ever interested in selling, we would love to talk. The location is great and the views out the wonderful windows are fantastic. That being said we knew it was a pet friendly unit however there was a ton of dog hair on the carpeting when we arrived. Also, the fireplace did not work nor did the barbecue. This was disappointing because it was not a cheap place to stay.

Our Mammoth Stay

The unit is spacious, bright and cheerful, and has a great view of the surrounding mountains from the deck. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and secluded. Fantastic views

I’ll be coming back to this property for the views, absolutely fantastic. We pulled the blinds open and were able to watch the storm roll in over the mtns. There was plenty of room for my family to relax and visit. The kitchen had a large open floor plan that allowed me to visit with everyone while I was cooking. The property was clean and the property management staff was friendly and professional. The furniture was dated and the couch was uncomfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful time / experience. I’m looking forward to renting this property again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 999 is a great value,the owners have kept the fees very low unlike most other rentals. The views are great and nicely located near the spa and extra parking. just few negatives: refrigerator door open switch broken, microwave turntable works sporadically, smoke detectors go on for no reason. Overall the appliances worked but need upgrading. The spa is functional but needs remodeling. Mammoth Reservation took care a few repairs in a timely manner so pretty impressed with them. Overall it's well worth staying here, I recommend it.

The condo was everything we hoped it would be. When.we entered our condo about 9:00p.m. We found a fire alarm beeping, indicating the battery was low. We called the maintenance number not really expecting to get a response at that hour, but within 15 minutes someone showed up and fixed the problem. We definitely will rent again from Mammoth Reservations.

Mountain View’s from the deck off the living room and living room are very nice. Open plan living room/kitchen is spacious. 5G Wi-fi was welcomed. Flat screen tv’s in all bedrooms and living room and wide range of tv channels was a nice feature. One bedroom upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs.

Clean and well stocked. Garage too narrow for parking a car, which resulted in one parking space. Biggest complaint is checkin time 5pm, latest time I've ever seen. And then Mammoth Reservations never called to allow access, Had to call them so checked in after 5pm. Also 10am checkout is ridiculous especially with no late checkout request granted.

Beautiful Neighborhood

The condominium unit needs to be updated. For the price that is charged the purple rug needs to go and many of the appliances need to be updated otherwise it’s a great place to stay.

The backyard space is great for sledding and snowball fights! Our unit was clean and spacious with updated amenities ie spacious fridge, dishy, toaster oven, pull out tv, etc. We loved the high ceilings and openness of the home. The garage is great but just a little small for the larger SUVs. Overall fantastic experience!

And it was pet friendly. The smoke from the fires came inside the condo especially when we had the heater blowing. The smoke smell was pretty strong. But aside from that, we enjoyed our stay.

View

We booked this location for the view. We were here during the fires and it was so smoky. The little time it was a little clearer the view was amazing!! We saw deer eating right below us off the balcony and around the property. The ice dispenser and water dispenser were not hooked up so we had to take the ice box out every time we needed ice. The couch definitely need to be replaced. It is saggy and uncomfortable and the fire place did not work. These issues did not really make or break the stay. We were happy with our time together here and look forward to visiting again.
