Spacious resort home in peaceful setting with cabana, pool & spa 650m from beach

The house is set in the middle of a 1000+ sq metre garden with views out to the garden and pool through glass walls and sliding glass doors. Your time will likely be spent in or around the large pool, in the Spa, or relaxing on the reclining lounge chairs in the Cabana looking over the pool, or on one of the terraces.
In the evenings you have a choice of two outdoor dining areas: the northern terrace with large barbecue facility, the southern terrace looking over the lawn, or the tiled area next to the pool - all three with tables and chairs waiting to be occupied. if you prefer to dine in inside, there is a large table in the dining area with capacity for 10 people.

The large open plan house has separate entertainment facilities both inside and outside, allowing for people to relax as one group together or in separate spaces out of earshot.

When in doors the preferred location is usually the exceptionally large living room with comfortable couches and chairs surrounded by glass doors and walls overlooking the pool and lawns.
Children may prefer to play separately in the large bunk room which has eight large single size bunks at the other end of the house.

The wide gallery kitchen allow several people to prepare meals at the same time.
There is also of course a large choice of restaurants nearby in Sorrento, Blairgowrie and Rye.

The modern kitchen is equipped with automatic coffee machine, large refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, sandwich maker, dishwasher and large supply of utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses and mugs, etc.

There is a separate laundry room, fully equipped with laundry sink, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

There is parking for four cars on the property.

A free public tennis court is available for use 700 m away and as simply booked by putting your name down for the hour you wish to play the day or so before.

Being on a narrow part of the peninsula, there are magnificent beaches on either side that can be visited. These include diamond Cove, Bridgewater Bay, Sorrento Back Beach and many others. The closest beach is 650 metres from the house.
The nearby Tuckey walking track can be taken from one side of the peninsula to the other:- from the Sorrento Sailing Club to Diamond Bay.
