Spectacular views over the bay, a spa in the garden and Even a Sauna this property is perfect for family groups, golf groups, mums groups and more! The two lounges give the grown ups and the kids spaces to separate and you can bring logs for the log burning fire in winter. This property is perfectly located as a launchpad to explore the Mornington Peninsula and a great place to unwind in the evening. Split system heating and cooling.

Our properties are self-catering. Please refer to the following information so you know what is included and what is not:

Included:

Linen:
• Bed Linen including duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases. (Not flat sheets)
• One bath towel per person.
• Hand towels in the bathroom
• T towels for the kitchen

A starter pack in including:
• 4 x toilet roles per toilet
• Hand soap
• Dishwasher tablets (where a dishwasher is provided)
• Washing up liquid for hand washing dishes

What is not included:
• Flat sheets
• Beach or pool towels
• Coffee pods. Where a coffee pod machine is provided, please bring your favourite pods.
• Pantry provisions such as oil, salt, pepper or perishables.
• Face clothes/washers
• Shampoo and conditioner.
• Wood for Fires and Firepits where applicable.
