Welcome to our resort-style holiday home in the heart of Capel Sound, just one block away from the pristine Port Phillip Bay. With seven bedrooms, our spacious property is ideal for large families or groups of friends seeking a comfortable and entertaining vacation.
Beside the large heated swimming pool, spa, and kiddies pool is the sheltered outdoor entertaining area featuring adjustable shutters, heaters, a TV, and complete with an outdoor kitchen, alfresco dining, and lounging area.
Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that effect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay & the behaviour & activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don't comply.
Ultimate Alfresco:
- Outdoor Kitchen with Weber BBQ, 5-burner stove and large gas oven, food prep area with deep sink, and bar fridges.
- Alfresco Dining for 12 people.
- Outdoor Lounge with large couches, strip heaters, and Smart TV.
- 'LouvreHouse' remote control retractable shutters.
- The entire Alfresco area is surrounded by clear PVC blinds that can be rolled down to transform the space into a well sheltered outdoor area on cold or windy days.
- Large green lawn, basketball court with hoop, and trampoline in a very private, fully fenced backyard.
- Outdoor shower.
Pools:
- Large, in-ground swimming pool that can be heated all year round.
- Heated Spa all year round, with lighting for evening soaks.
- Shallow Kiddies pool with water jets.
The Space:
Location - only 250 meters walk to the bayside beach in the popular Capel Sound area, this home is an entertainer's dream. The entire property is surrounded by secure, high fences and auto security gate for perfect privacy. There is a carport next to the alfresco area as well as a long driveway and parking spot in the front yard.
Comfort - Inside the house are 6 bedrooms with air conditioning; 2 bathrooms - one with double shower and double basin, the other with shower, basin and toilet; two lounge areas; a kitchen and a kitchenette. The lounge room downstairs has plenty of seating, gas-fired fireplace, and large flatscreen TV; while the upstairs lounge room has two balconies, TV, and kitchenette equipped with sink, bar fridge, microwave and kettle.
Kitchen - Holiday feasts are a breeze in the user friendly and open kitchen with large breakfast bench with three stools, new stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and loads of kitchen and cookware to host feasts.
Dining - The dining area accommodates 18 people and is surrounded by a curved wall of glass that opens onto the outdoor zone, also has a TV which can be viewed from the kitchen and dining table, reverse-cycle air conditioner, and convenient access to a third toilet and laundry with washer and dryer.
This holiday house really does have everything for a fun-filled holiday! With wifi, quality linen and towels provided, and LG ducted heating/cooling throughout guests are certain to have a comfortable, convenient stay.
Sleeping Arrangements Downstairs:
- Bedroom 1 has King bed.
- Bedroom 2 has Super King bed.
- Bedroom 3 has King bed.
Sleeping Arrangements Upstairs:
- Bedroom 4 has King bed.
- Bedroom 5 has King bed.
- Bedroom 6 has Single Bunk bed.
- Bedroom 7 has Tri-Bunk bed.
- There are also 2 Porta Cots for the bubs, available free of charge.
No Schoolies or Party style bookings. If you book and disregard the above then we reserve the right to cancel the booking, or ask you to vacate the premises immediately, with full loss of your payment.
