*** There will be an extensive beautification process at this location between 8/4/2025 - 3/16/2026. During this prolonged construction period, the exteriors of all buildings will be painted. Construction hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. ***

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, cooktop stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the other amenities that will tempt you to try out your culinary skills. There are two seating areas so the entire family can enjoy mealtime together. The unit is furnished with 5 TV's, 5 DVD's and a CD Stereo, so everyone can enjoy their favorite show when it is time to relax.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
