Located on Okaloosa Island, this four-bedroom, three-bathroom condo will easily become your Emerald Coast escape. With an open floor plan and bright, open spaces, each room is a retreat in itself. The master suite and living room offer access to the gulf front balcony. The entire common area has views of the water. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the bath offers a separate garden tub and shower, along with double vanities. The second and third bedrooms have queen-size beds, and the final room has a twin over full bunk. Two additional bathrooms complete the space. The living room and each bedroom has a flat-screen TV, with the living room and master having DVD players as well. Azure is nearby to an array of dining and entertainment options, most notable being all the venues at the Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island, including Rockin’ Tacos and Al’s Beachfront Burger Bar. Across the street from here is Wild Willy’s Adventure Zone, offering an arcade, miniature golf, and a ropes course, along with go-karts and more. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Could Be A Great Condo

This is a mixed review. Although we liked the roominess of the condo, there were many problems. First, the air conditioner did not work at all for the last full day we were there. The bathroom vent was blowing hot air, so much so that I thought a heater was on with no way to turn it off. Also, there was no way to turn off the jets in the tub in the master bathroom. It got so hot in there, that my son-in-law turned off the breaker in the electrical box. We then called maintenence who said that the filter for the AC was filthy and needed to be changed. He could not fix the AC and said that someone would come to fix it the following morning. Noone showed up. He and we tried everything to turn off the jets in the tub with no luck. The jets did work properly once we filled the tub with water again, but as before, they would not turn off. The maintenence guy said that it was an ongoing problem in many units. The only other major problem was the inability to connect to the Internet. The codes provided did not work. My daughter-in-law works remotely and had to use a hot spot to get her work done. My granddaughter finally figured out that using the internet for the room next store would enable us to get online. Other than that, my suggestions would be to fix the closet door in the master bedroom, which luckily I caught before it fell on my head. In every other unit I've stayed in Azure in th past, there was a bathroom door to the master bedroom. This one did not have one, which was awkward. The kitchen could use some more cups and silverware. With a room capacity of nine, I would expect to have enough for everyone. Although the furnishings were good enough, my overall feeling is that the owners had given up and didn't want to invest anything to modernize the place. With all of its problems, the condo was not worth the price I paid. The furniture on the balcony was comfortable though, and the beach was lovely. The pools and beach service was good.

Great view

Most everything but the beach chair processes. I was told I could not reserve one unless I bought an extra set for myself be week. They gave me different times to get my set up and were not available when needed. They tore down all setups before any other condos in n the beach. The beach is why we came and they frustrated us.

Incredible Stay! Couldn't Have Been Better!

This condo was nothing short of amazing. From the gorgeous views to the conformable beds and every amenity you could think of 417 truly has it all! The beautiful beach is just steps away. The Wednesday night fireworks were a hit for my family. Gracious, responsive hosts... who could ask for more? Dozens of memories made this past week, thank you!

Great weekend getaway

The condo was great, inexpensive, and close to many amenities. It was nice to have the chairs and umbrella already at the beach. Our one year old loved the splash pad!

Everything was very clean and well kept. The shower in the first bathroom had a slow drain but didn't stop our stay. The view from the balcony was great!! Would recommend for sure!

Cleanliness was an issue

There was self tanner on all the doorknobs, faucets, etc. and was running down the walls of one of the showers. There was a diaper between the wall and nightstand, little ponytail holders all over one bedroom floor. We’ve been to Azure for 10 years now and while we absolutely enjoyed our stay at Azure this was the most unsanitary room I’ve ever stayed in and we will not rent this room again.

pretty nice property

This property had some really nice features but could use some improvements. I would have given it 3 stars but assume that covid and a tight labor market made for some challenges. The rooms themselves were in a great layout and the beds were comfortable. All the important things were very clean - bedding, bathrooms and fridge. The woodwork was somewhat worn and dirty. When we first arrived there was a loud buzzing in the master bathroom which turn out to be the tub jets running and they wouldn't turn off. You'd think housekeeping would have noticed that. Since we didn't plan to use the tub we turned it off at the fuse box. Our overall impression was that living room furniture and paint was worn. The property itself was very clean and well maintained. The pool area was nice and spotlessly clean but would benefit with some shade umbrellas. We had toddlers with us and they really enjoyed the splash pad area. A couple of restaurants are within walking distance.

Great location, lovely condo

This was a lovely 4 bedroom condo. Close proximity to the beach so it's easy to get to and from the beach quickly, especially with little people. There are 2 pools on the location, plus a splash pad. Nice having plenty of pool space and options. Large master suite that is a somewhat separated space from the rest of the bedrooms was nice with children.

The Best Beach Trip EVER!!

This home away from home was absolutely lovely! Walking distance to great local eats, activities, ice cream & of course the beach! This clean & fresh unit was comfortable for our week stay, very spacious with plenty of room for our family. There are two pools & a splash pad so the kids were highly entertained when not soaking up the sun on the beach. The customer service was fantastic, very kind & accommodating.

Great family vacation

The condo was perfect for our family of nine. There was enough room for everyone to chill out when we weren't at the beach or pools. The condo is beautifully decorated and has new and comfy patio furniture and table set, which the kids ate breakfast at every morning. We are definitely planning to stay here again next year.

Family Vacation

Clean, great location, bed & bath linens well stocked, kitchen well stocked. TV operation was an issues, but called and had a tech out within an hour and issue was resolved. Limited programing for TV, not an issue for me, but my 16 was a little upset. It is a bit of a walk from main elevator, my elderly parents did have a slight struggle. Overall all great place, Clean, plenty of room for everyone, pool, beach access was great. Would rent it again.

Azure 417

Many things went wrong while we were there. The shared bathroom doors would not lock, the microwave stopped working, (the toaster oven was unusable because there was not tray or grate), the bunk bed was super squeaky (which we fixed by pushing it against a wall and putting pillows between the wall and the bed), one chair had a wobbly leg, and the kitchen table was wobbly too. The Vacasa staff handled everything quickly and respectfully. They did not seem to get frustrated with my repeated requests. I would not choose #417 again, but I would definitely stay at Azure again.
