This beautiful, beachfront vacation rental offers outdoor access from both the main bedroom and living area which leads out to a large balcony with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Highlights of this upscale and Bahamas-styled vacation rental include granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The main bath includes a jetted tub, a walk-in shower, and double vanity. Each bedroom and the living room have TVs and DVD players.

You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two secured courts, relax in the outdoor pool, swim laps in the seasonally heated lap pool, or unwind in the hot tub. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October. You can even rent the on-site social room with stunning floor-to-ceiling views of the Gulf and pool area for your private event!

Nice Condo over all

Beautiful beach view, spacious and have everything we needed. Just needs carpet and couches deep cleaning (they are really dirty) and sofa’s mattress is really uncomfortable (because is really old I guess)

Small get-away

We are Perdido/Pensacola regulars that frequent from Kentucky. My wife and I booked a couple day trip with our kids, first time at the Palacio. Everything was on point and efficient. Grounds were clean and inviting for relaxation. Room and amenities were perfect for our needs. Big thank you for having TVs smart app ready for like Netflix and stuff which my 2 year old daughter appreciated being able to watch her shows between outings and swimming. We had a very blessed time and we already can't wait to come back. Thank you Palacio and Vacasa. See you again very soon!

Nice view!

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The view was great and the unit was clean. However, I feel that for this price point the unit could use some significant updates (furniture, decor, kitchen/appliances etc.) We did love the large balcony!

The location of the condo was great, with a perfect view of the beach. The condo was clean, however clearly needs to be updated. The carpeting in the rooms were stained and looked dirty. With a few minor updates this condo would be a perfect getaway for vacation!

Overall, a very nice condo. Plenty of space for 2 adults. Kitchen well equipped. Only gripe is that the bedroom furniture is very cheap and both master bed and sofa bed are very uncomfortable.

Clean unit, nice pool and beach location, good overall value.

Minimal steps up and down for beach access (much better than multiple flights in other areas along this coast). Decor style is dated similar to overall building, but good value for price and excellent location. 2nd parking space across the street isn’t great but better than not at all. It would be really nice if at least one space provided is reserved under cover.

Not as good as it usually is….

We have stayed at the Palacio five times. We love the place. However, some issues with the particular unit we were in this time. No cable TV! Missed the morning news and the NCAA basketball championship. Would like to have known more about the local weather with the severe storms that came in on Wednesday. Also, no free beach umbrella/chairs is a bummer. We were used to getting that.

Great view

Great large patio with great view. The furniture was rickety and worn down. For the price we paid we expected more. Elevators were a mess with only being two, it was always jammed up. Master bed was the most comfortable I think I have ever slept in. Overall stay was good, nice large condo and pool was nice.

I loved it very nice. My only complaint was the jacuzzi tub. It had black dirt particles coming out of the jets so i spent my whole stay cleaning the tub and i only bathed in it once and the master bedroom remote was broke but besides that everything was beautiful. It has a beautiful ocean view.

Nice Vacation

The two shower heads didn't work fabulously and were rusted, the bed frames were very unstable in both bedrooms, and the internet didn't work the entire time we were there. Because of the virus concerns, the phone lines were backed up, so we couldn't get a hold of anyone, and the app wasn't allowing for submission questions. The large pool was closed the first two days which was a bummer, but that's not the owner's fault. Overall, the condo was clean, in great location, and the beach was so soft with very few shells. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay, and the view was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay!

My friends and I were very disappointed in our stay. I booked this condo for a fun girls trip on the beach. Upon arrival and unpacking, we noticed there were no refrigerator doors, mold on the shower curtain, the floors were dirty, and carpet was sticky. We then started to find roaches. We contacted multiple people through Vacasa on different occasions and nothing was done, nor were we further updated about the situation. Finally, someone offered a small refund and stated that a “stat clean” was put in on our last day of vacation. No one came to spray or clean while we were there, though. I was very disappointed that this was not taking care of during our stay. Roaches in the kitchen and the bedroom is a major health hazard, and they seemed to get worse the longer we were there. I’m grateful for the monetary compensation, but would highly recommend this unit be sprayed and updated. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend staying here until something is done. I hated that this was our experience because I really liked the location, and the access to the beach/pools were great.
