Wonderful Stay with Great Location

Clean, comfortable condo with great view of Gulf from the relaxing patio as well as the master bedroom. Nicely furnished from the kitchen with both a Keurig k-cup maker and a Mr. Coffee machine, to the living room with two extremely comfortable multi-position leather chairs with ottomans and a couch to stretch out on or take a nap, to the bedrooms with ceiling fans and cozy beds. A highly recommended unit with easy access to a nearby Publix grocery store, local restaurants, and a great fresh seafood store.

The condo was clean and as pictured. The walkway to the beach was not completed and made it rather difficult to get to and from the beach. They did start working on it before we left which was a bit of noise but not too bad. It had not been completed before we left,

The perfect property! If you need high speed internet, you will need a hot spot, but who needs to be working when you are at this gorgeous property??? Perfect in all ways for family time with our Sailor!

First trip to Perdido Key

The complex and unit are very nice - security officer in the lobby, it was not overcrowded, two elevators seemed sufficient for the number of tenants. I did notice a group of teenagers prying the sliding doors open one night after midnight because they forgot the code to get in - which is not very secure since it seems anyone could very easily do so. Parking is VERY limited. Even though you are allowed two spaces per unit, we only had one vehicle and had to park across the street in overflow a few times but it was easily accessible and the traffic was very light. There is a crosswalk about a block up the road but we crossed directly in front of the complex. Ample dining, shopping and grocery options nearby (even just across the street). The view from the condo is excellent. The photos do not show it but there is a Keurig available. Be prepared to bring extra towels and wash cloths if you have more than two people. We were a group of four and had two washcloths in each bathroom so we had to wash each night we were there. We had an issue with the dryer - had to run the towels about three cycles before they were completely dry (after the dryer vent hose had been replaced). Hopefully maintenance gets this repaired for the next guests. All in all, though, we had a wonderful time and loved Perdido Key. We will be back.

It is a great condo. It was just what we needed. Nice and quiet but we were there in November.

It was a last minute trip and very easy to book. All was as said except we were there in November so there were no chair rentals for the beach.

8/2021 Hurricane week

Property was as advertised. Very clean. Pool area very clean. Security checking the pool area and enforcing the rules as far as eating or drinking in the pool was refreshing. They were also very helpful answering questions. My only issue is the area is a bit of a food desert . Must drive to gulf shores or Pensacola for much variety but overall would stay here again. Not crowded or to busy just what we were looking for.

Just me and the kids

We had a great time! The area is clean and quiet. A very non commercial area. The restaurants (The Jellyfish, The Breakfast Club , Paul’s Pizza and the Sweet treat coffee shop are right across the street and all were fantastic!!!!!!! I loved waking up to the ocean view every morning.

Location!

This condo was as described, and the bedrooms are really nice. The view from the balcony was exactly what we had hoped for, and the complimentary beach umbrella/chair service is the best amenity of the condo! We walked across the street for breakfast and dinner a couple times, so used our vehicle very minimally.
