Fairway One 6953- Wonderful 3 BR/3.5 BA Ground Floor Flat with Golf Views

We do not agree with this review. Our records show that check-in instructions (that include our address) were sent numerous times to the guests email. A text was also sent out on the night before and the day of arrival that also include check-in instructions for business hours and after hours. We do not believe this unit deserves a negative review due to this guests inability to follow check-in instructions.

We feel that this review is unwarranted and not telling the full story. This particular guest reached out to our office because of cleaning issues. We sent one of our office members down to the unit to attempt to resolve these issues with the guests. The complaints were mostly items that would be taken care of during a deep cleaning. (dust on baseboards, exterior windows needed to be hosed down, vaulted ceilings needed to be cleaned, etc). However, we tried our best to clean and fix the issues that we could and unfortunately we could not satisfy this guest. We also offered to send the cleaners back to the unit to address the cleaning issues and the cleaners could not reach the guest. We gave the cleaners the go ahead to go down to the unit and address the cleaning concerns anyway and the guest turned them away. We believed that we provided many options to resolve the complaints the guests had, but unfortunately were unable to satisfy these particular guests no matter what we did. We ended up resolving the issue with the guest in another way as we believed this was the only way to resolve this matter. Fairway One 6953 is a beautiful unit located right on the golf course and right across the street from Sea Pines Beach Club. This unit is highly regarded according to most of our guests. We are disappointed that this guest was unable to be satisfied, but still believe that this unit is an excellent rental property.
