Recently renovated and tastefully furnished (7/2020), this Bluff Villas condo boasts a coastal chic charm.

Upon entering the gates of Sea Pines, you'll instantly feel like you're on vacation! There are over 20 miles of bike/walking trails, 3 golf courses, tennis/pickle ball courts, equestrian facility, boating, kayaking, several restaurants and shops, Harbour Town, and of course, beautiful beaches.

You really can't beat the location of 'The Salty Villa'. The South Beach Marina is right next door where you'll find The Salty Dog Cafe, a legendary Hilton Head bar and restaurant with a huge outdoor area on the water with tables and live music every night. There are shops, ice cream, restaurants, and fun to be had by all! You'll also have beach access right across the dead-end street. There will be beach towels, a beach bag, cooler and beach chairs waiting for you to hit the...you guessed it, the beach!

We supply 6 beach towels for you to use. The only stipulation is you have to wash, dry and put them back. There will be a $50 fee if not done.

Sea Pines Parking Pass Required: These can be purchased at the gate upon arrival ($20 wk) and should be displayed in your car window at all times.

The Condo was perfect and just as described. We loved having the Salty Dog so close and the beach near the condo was perfect for dolphin watching.

The host was pleasant and very responsive. The location near Salty Dog was a plus. The beach chairs were in excellent condition. The kitchen was well stocked but would have liked to have a Keurig for a quick cup of coffee. All in all I would happily stay here again.

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and were very happy. The location is close to the water in a quiet end of town neighborhood in Sea Pines. We loved getting up to go to the beach every morning. There is a trolley stop close to the condo and you are a quick walk to Salty Dog. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions. Highly recommended booking if you are looking for a clean, beautiful place to stay.

Perfect for our family of 6!

Excellent location to beach and pool, 2-4 minute walk. Clean and well equipped! Comfortable furniture and bedding made it feel like home away from home.Only 1 set of stairs, very convenient access. Walking distance to the Salty Dog and pickleball courts. The beach on the estuary is a bit calmer (waves and capacity) than the outer perimeter, great for kids and families. Great host, very communicative and supportive!

Great location

As frequent Hilton Head - Sea Pines vacationers, this place is in a great location, walking distance to the beach and the Salty Dog. The quality beach chairs provided were a great add. I would definitely consider returning.

Awesome family vacation

We took a family vacation to HH during the kids spring break. We had an amazing time! The condo was a 3 min walk across the parking lot to the beach. It was clean, spacious and everything we needed was located on the property. We will deff be back again and staying here when we come. Making memories with our kids that will last a lifetime!

Nice Place close to Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. We thought we should have had the Seapines Pass included with stay. Also a dog in the place below us barked alot.

Convenient location & comfy condo

Steps away from Salty Dog restaurant, shopping, pickleball. Kitchen & living room were great, bedrooms could use some updates, especially the master bath. Worked perfectly for us though. Would stay again!

Great condo for a great girl's weekend!

Enjoyed our stay at this Sea Pines condo. Place was clean and the beds are comfy. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. Check in & check out was easy and the homeowner was great to work with. The area was quiet, but it is the "off-season". We would love to stay again!

Wedding anniversary getaway

Wife and I celebrated our 23rd anniversary and asked my parents to join us this time around. We all had a blast. Condo was perfect. Nice, clean, and great location. Parasailing, golfing, shopping, and of course, enjoyed some great food. Love Hilton Head!

Great Condo in Fab Location

The condo had everything a family would need for your stay: fantastic location, 5-minute walk from beautiful beaches, and 3 minutes from restaurants and shops.

Good location

Location was walking distance to the beach and to pickleball / tennis courts as well as The Salty Dog which was ideal. The size of the condo was good, plenty of room. Check in and responsiveness of host was very good. The few negatives were after we booked we were notified the pool was closed which was a major negative, (may want to consider price reduction in circumstances like that) . The master suite bathroom can definitely use some updating / resealing of caulk. The AC didn’t reach (?) the bedrooms so they provided a standup fan as well as having the ceiling fans, The kitchen, dining, living room areas were nice and cool and the set up / furniture was good. Beach Towels were provided as well as beach chairs / boogie boards. There were really only a couple of good chairs others can be replaced and the couple of boogie boards had multiple breaks to. Overall was a pleasant experience.

Beach vacation

We drove from Indiana to beautiful Hilton Head. We had a wonderful stay. Great location within walking distance to a beautiful beach. Walking distance to Salty Dog and many water sports. Quiet at this end of the island which was perfect!

Great location

We really enjoyed the location of the condo. Easy walk to the sound which was very peaceful, and a short drive to a larger beach. We utilized the beach trolley within Sea Pines and it was very convenient, even with small kids and lots of beach gear! The host was responsive when we messaged her about some very minor things. Overall we had a great vacation here!

Family beach get away

We loved the condo. Decorated nicely, comfy beds. Wish they had more things to cook with. Could have used a larger cookie sheet and some more options for larger casserole dishes. Also we have stayed places that have more odds and ends in we can use in the kitchen. ( reynolds wrap, zip locks, etc… we had to buy a lot when we got there). Loved that they had some games to play and the beach chairs they provided were great! Should have researched better and realized the condo was on the Sound, and not the actual beach. We drove to a larger beach everyday. Also was a bummer the pool was not open( though it appears we would have had to pay to use it!). Also the pickleball courts weren’t free which was a bummer. We would probably not stay in Sea Pines again. Took us almost 15 minutes from the entrance of Sea Pines to get to our condo. But we did have a fantastic stay! And the property manager was easy to communicate with!
