Our tech-enabled apartments offer self check-in at 4pm, 24/7 guest support by text, phone, or chat, and a Virtual Front Desk accessed via mobile device.

- Parking is available on-site for a fee based on the length of your reservation: $18 per night for 1-6 nights; $15 per night for 7-28 nights, $10 per night for 29+ nights. Parking fees will be collected online in your Kasa Booking Confirmation.

- Kasa welcomes one dog or one cat per unit, and a pet fee will apply based on the length of your reservation: $20 per night night for 1-6 nights; $16 per night for 7-28 nights; or $8 per night for 29+ nights. Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow at our property.
