Charming Studio 2 Blocks from Light Rail & Downtown Bike Path!
Our cute 300 sq.ft. private studio is a connected to the back of our home and is a perfect space for a weekend getaway or an extended stay! We've made perfect use of the space with a queen bed. We also have a 4" thick full-size memory foam floor mattress for additional guest sleeping. It's equipped with a full bathroom, large closet, new washer/dryer combo and a kitchenette for your cooking needs. The space also meets up to the large backyard and patio area for your use as well!
The proximity of our home is very close to the Knox light rail station (6 minute walk) and the Paco Sanchez bike path which leads you directly downtown!
We loved our first stay in Denver. This cute little place had everything we needed. Loved the patio area and bonus that it had a washer/dryer. Private entrance and close to the train station. A short walk to Sloan Lake and we rented scooters to explore the city. We would definitely stay here again!
Wonderful Stay â Clean, Cozy, and Thoughtful Host
The place was very clean and beautifully maintained. The host was kind and thoughtful, providing coffee and other nice touches that made the stay even more comfortable. Thank you so much!
We stayed here as our home base to explore some of the nature around Denver. We enjoyed the magpies with their babies. Love the enviro friendly touches of the space. Thanks for having such a great place to stay!
Great place to stay! Clean and quiet! Totally set up for a longer stay. We enjoyed our time there.
Hosts were easy to contact and got back to us immediately. Will definitely stay again !
My husband and I stayed for the Broncos game. The space was incredibly clean, comfortable and had several amenities. We were close to everything we needed to be and the hosts were amazing. We look forward to staying here next time we are in Denver!
This was an awesome experience. Very clean and well stocked with basic amenities. This is perfect for a solo traveler like myself but roomy enough for two people as well. I enjoyed it and would stay here again if I found myself in Denver again.
The hosts were great with communication! Also, the place had everything you would need and is a very short ride from downtown when you take a Lyft or lime scooter both of which can easily be found around the house :)
We enjoyed our stay in this studio space. It was very private and well appointed. The hosts provided a welcome book with suggestions on places to visit and local restaurants (complete with commuting suggestions).
Property was beautiful! Very close to our plans for the week. Great communication, the ac was making funny noises in the middle of the night. I messaged the host and he took care of it first thing! Highly recommend!
Great place for me to crash while visiting fam. The owner Phil was friendly and helpful. Place was new looking, clean and had all the amenities I needed. Kitchen, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, table and chairs, AC, flat screen TV, wifi, comfortable bed, modern bathroom. Also had an outside porch which was nice.
Highly recommended A+
My stay here with Phil and his family was amazing! The property looked just as pictured. They even had the fridge stocked with waters which we really appreciated since we decided to walk everywhere (bad idea). There were shampoo, conditioner, and body wash also available. It was nice and private and we even had a hammock to sit and Watch the stars in. Even the neighbors were really chill and kept to themselves which was great! We initial thought we would be hot without A/C but the fan provided proved us wrong quickly plus there are really nice windows that were perfect for the occasion. If youâre interested in 420 friendly accommodations the table outside was perfect so it was no problem stepping out for a smoke break. That was also an initial concern. Bottom line if youâre on the fence, hop off and book here you wonât regret it!
Iâm going to be very transparent about our stay here. We were told we could check in at 3 pm I believe, but it ended up being an hour later. I wonât lie, this was a bit frustrating only because we flew from GA and had a really long trip and we were ready to relax. Other than that I will list the pros and cons of this stay :)
Pros: Free coffee (was truly nice on the days we didnât have time to stop for coffee), LOCATION!! So close to downtown Denver itâs easy to navigate and find things to do, and very organized/clean. Couldnât complain about the cleanliness at all. Attention to detail as far as color coordination and cleanliness. 10/10.
Cons: Our TV would not connect. We tried Netflix several times, other streaming services as well but nothing seemed to work. There werenât any trash bags to replace the one we used. No real place to store clothes (this didnât matter as much to us, but having somewhere for both parties to store clothes is always nice), and lastly the Futon/Bed was not the most comfortable. I think they should invest in an actual bed since itâs a place of stay usually longer than a night. Just my personal opinion. Other than that loved it! The people seemed sweet and we loved Colorado.
My friend and I had a great time staying here. We relied on the public transportation and there is a bus stop just a minute walk away and the light rail was only a 5 minute walk. We loved the sights, food, and entertainment!
Terrific Location - close to the bike path, close to downtown, close to the rail line - Terrific hosts - proactive communications, helpful, and also was 'present' without being too present - Terrific Space - everything well stocked and available - Super glad to have access to bicycle too - I highly recommend
