Amazing rental!

This was the perfect place to stay for a few nights. It’s well equipped with a full kitchen, laundry room, and plenty of great lighting. Can’t recommend it enough for smaller groups!

Weekend getaway with my son

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location. We walked everywhere. My son and I returned to Denver for the second year in a row to go to the Dom Dolla concert and had an amazing time. I highly recommend this property

I loved staying in Claire & Santiago's Treehouse! I needed a quiet place where I could rest and recharge during my performance week in the Denver Fringe Festival. The bed is comfortable, with lovely linens. Ample space for 1-2 people. Beautiful light from the windows and skylights. Calming vibe and pretty details. Street parking was easy! AC/Heat helped make it comfortable. Having a washer/dryer in the apartment was a big plus, too. Claire and Santiago were responsive and kind in all of their communications. I hope that I will have a chance to stay there again in the future!

Denver vacation

Great neighborhood! Close to restaurants, shops & parks, with easy walking, driving, and parking options. The carriage house is very private, clean, and was the perfect size for my son & me. The only negative is that one of our nights, a house across the alley had a party, and it sounded like a rave directly in our bedroom. Luckily, the party ended at midnight. Other than that one loud night, the neighborhood was quiet. Overall, it was a great experience, and the host was quick to respond to questions.

Our Stay in Denver

Everything about our stay was perfect. We came into the city really early, but we were allowed to keep our luggage at the location hours before we were allowed to check in. It was easy to talk to the owners prior to our visit. The neighborhood was fantastic for walking around. So many murals. It was a perfect location for a couple. The only thing I wish for is that the two cross streets where the alley you have to walk down was listed for easier finding, but they did talk us through on the phone to find the place. We already plan on staying again when we go to town again.

Amazing place to stay!

The property was great! A wonderful size for us to be able to spread out, unpack, get work down, and be comfortable. We explored all over Denver (we rented a car) and had no trouble with street parking. The space was clean and well stocked with all the necessities. We appreciate the thought and care that has gone into preparing this space!

Treehouse in Rino district - Great experience!

This property was just as advertised! Very clean and inviting, well-located within the River North (Rino) district of Denver. My wife and I walked and scooter'ed down to the Larimer street shops and restaurants. The property fit our needs perfectly and I would rent here again. Santiago and Claire were helpful and communicated well with us. We absolutely loved our stay!!!

Quaint flex space located in RiNo

My wife and I booked this place mostly due to its location as we had a lot of restaurants and shops nearby we wanted to check out during our stay. The checkin instructions were simple and accurate and the space was actually cleaner and better designed than we expected from the description. I knew it would be smaller but it felt plenty spacious and not cumbersome at all. Communication was quick and respectful, they provided a list of local suggestions and made all relevant information available on the welcome notes. The location, space, and host are all solid so if you’re looking for a stay in Denver, don’t hesitate to check this option out. We certainly will in the future.

Absolutely lovely apartment!

Perfect place to stay, all amenities were above and beyond. The place was comfortable and had easy parking. Only complaint was the place is a bit hard to find as its down an alley that google maps did not lead us to. The hosts were so fantastic that I’m sure if we’d had any issues they would’ve been fast to respond and help though!
