If you just want the bustle of a tourist area, just over 3 km away you will be in s’Arenal. There you can enjoy all kinds of entertainment both during the day and at night because it has plenty of bars, restaurants, live music and clubs. If you enjoy water sports, there you will have access to activities such as windsurfing, kite surfing or jet skis, among others. At the same time, this property is located less than 20km from the city of Palma, where you have all kinds of stores for shopping, restaurants and cultural visits. One of the most recommended visits is the one to the Cathedral of Palma and the old town. The cathedral is impressive and is the only one within Gothic style which is located on the seafront, and it is also the one that has the largest rosette within the same style.
