Villa Marbella is a large villa for holiday rent in Mallorca, Playa de Palma, located in 150 meters from the famous beach Playa de Palma and next to all the entertainment facilities that offers El Arenal - Las Maravillas.

Villa Marbella has an area of approx. 400 m², distributed between three living floors and offers an ample entrance hall, a large living-dining room with TV, a fully equipped separate kitchen, five bedrooms, four complete bathrooms with showers, and 1 toilet. Also, there are 2 terraces with rest areas where you can enjoy your meals or drinks.

Villa Marbella has everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay: air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, iron, sheets and towels, the kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, oven, coffee maker, and much more.

The outdoor area offers a swimming pool surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, an outdoor shower a BBQ and dining table where you can spend hot days refreshing in the swimming pool and enjoy grill meals with your family and friends in balmy nights.

The house is located just 150 meters from the beach, well-known thanks to its long promenade with numerous bars, pubs, restaurants, discos, super- and minimarkets, etc. so there is no need to rent a car. The island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, is about 30 minutes by bus. It offers so much to see and do: cultural and historical heritage, shopping, unique architecture, including Palma Cathedral, La Lonja, Bellver Castle, etc.

Villa Marbella is ideal for groups of friends and adventures in large families, lovers of the beach and nightlife, and admirers of long walks and bicycle excursions.

*Silence is obligatory between 22:00 and 09:00, and during the rest of the day respect for the neighbors is essential (no loud music, excessive noise, etc.)*
