Reserve this water front beautiful Lakehouse private steps down to water. Kayak and paddleboards available on site reserve in advance. Stunning views from two decks, several water side patios with fire pit, Bbq pits picnic areas that are all private for your use. Paved steps to your private rock dock. Park setting by water. Kayak or paddleboard right from your private waters edge. Close to everything fun! Canyon Dam overlook, Lots of great restaurants, hiking, etc Tubing the Horseshoe on the Guadalupe River is a 10 minute drive. Less than 10 miles east is the White Water Amphitheater, which is a hot spot for Major Artists like Willie Nelson and Pat Green plus bands and music of all genres. Historic Gruene and New Braunfels is a short 20 minute drive that can't be missed. While in Gruene,
you can shop all the local shops, enjoy an ice cream cone, and then visit the Gristmill for lunch or go two-stepping at the Historic gruene Dance Hall. Michael, with John Travolta was filmed there. While in New Braunfels, you can enjoy the world's greatest water park,Schlitterbahn, or plop a tube down in the Comal River that is crystal clear and stays 72 degrees
year round.
In the opposite direction, you can visit Wimberley and Blanco Lavender capital of Texas with wine tastings and Texas breweries
But honestly, you will not want to leave Bluebonnet Lakehaus be cause it’s so beautiful, peaceful and fun! BBQ pit and patio by the water so you can watch the swimming, paddle boarding, kayak fun on the water right from your private waters edge AND dream and relax while cool lake breezes fan you enjoying your waterside daybed!please remember this a smoke free property. Beautiful Canyon Lake House

This house is just so amazing on every level!! The house is absolutely beautiful and cozy, amazing views, and awesome patio and sitting areas. The easy access into the lake was the BEST! Can't wait to return!!

Serene, Quiet, Wooded Area

Family of 6 people & Owner was kind, really awesome and available for any additional needs if necessary. Wildlife, deers were beautiful and everywhere! It's a 30 minute drive to any local towns. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! House was very country & comfortable. Everything as described on website, VRBO. We definitely hope tto return!return!

Great Location and Great Communication

The property was exactly as advertised and the communication may have been the best I have ever experienced; very prompt and the host bends over backwards to accommodate. Kids had a great time on the water (when the weather cooperated) and seeing all the deer and other wildlife (fox sighting one evening as well). Hope to make it back this summer.

Perfect home for family vacation!

Family vacation was absolutely wonderful staying at this house, lots of gathering spaces, open floor plan allows for everyone to talk, beds are comfortable, walk to water was very nice, lily pad was awesome, and Pamela was very communicative & helpful. This place was perfect!

Sharpe fam vacay

My family had a blast at Canyon Lake. This house is right on the lake with the boat dock nearby. We brought our own boat and enjoyed days on the water wakeboarding and surfing, and nights on the patio looking at the stars or around the fire pit. The back yard area had so much seating- swings and chairs to enjoy the beautiful lake views and deer that would visit everyday. The house had everything we needed for an unforgettable time- stocked kitchen, linen, and towels. Pamela was so helpful and easy to get a hold of. She made every effort to ensure we had the best time. We would definitely come back again!

Beautiful property on the lake

This property is wonderful and we will stay here again! I took my husband here for his 40th birthday with some close friends. We spent the days in the water and the evenings enjoying home cooked meals on the patio. The host is very attentive, the lake is amazing, and the view is to die for. Even in July the breeze made it not feel so hot!

July 4th vacation

We booked the house from July 1st - 5th. Pamela the host was awesome! She made sure we were set up for success for the time we were there and the entire stay. She checked in w me over the stay also and made sure we were good. House is super cute and in an amazing location! We brought our boat and was able to anchor it down in the front of the property. The lake is absolutely beautiful and we had a blast!

great shoreline location

Location was ideal for an on-the-water stay. We enjoyed having our boat anchored off shore and ready to use a number of days in a row. The splash matt was fun to hang out on. We enjoyed watching all of the deer. Pamela, the property manager, was very attentive and responsive to our requests. It has a beautiful view with big windows, comfortable, and a nice size for us needing 4 rooms.

Great Lake house!

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much, it was everything expected and more!!! We rented kayaks and a jet ski. It was perfect. The lake was a bit low so we did have to walk down a bit of an incline for my 72 year old parents, but we made it work! We also drove into NB and floated the river one day. Awesome location! Pamela was very sweet and always available if needed!

Thanksgiving lake house stay

The house was perfect for our family of 5 over Thanksgiving. The host was in constant communication and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We really enjoyed using the fireplace and the house was well stocked with plenty of wood. There are several grills available and they supplied the charcoal as well. The views of the lake were beautiful even though the weather wasn't the greatest during our stay. We also loved seeing the deer all over the property multiple times each day. We would definitely go back and can't thank Pamela enough for being such a great host!

Great spot!

We had a really nice family weekend for my birthday. The views and water front are amazing. House is very dog friendly. Pamela was so sweet and responsive. She took care of all kinds of extra details and made our stay very special.

Charming house and beautiful view

We had a lovely time. Host has great communication. The location and water access can't be beat. The swim area is in a No Wake zone which is so nice and my teens and child loved the lily pad. Boat ramp is only 3 lots away, but it is screened so it wasn't disruptive to the stay. Deer everywhere, everyday which was adorable; we also saw rabbits, a fox, and geese. The house is very well stocked, had everything we needed. There was a burn ban in place so unfortunately we couldn't use the firepit but it is a great set up with comfy chairs and I would love to go back sometime when the ban is lifted.

Beautiful property

This property is amazing! It is a short distance to the water and fire pit and literally has everything you need! We loved sitting on the deck enjoying the water view as well as at night star gazing!! We will be back!
