Winston at Rosemary est un beau 4 lits / 4. 5 salles de bain pour 14 personnes avec une grande piscine privée. Situé à la frontière entre la plage de Rosemary et Inlet Beach, cet emplacement parfait permet de marcher 5 minutes jusqu'à la plage, 2 minutes à pied au cœur de Rosemary et une balade à vélo d'une journée le long de 30A. Rosemary Beach et Inlet Beach offrent de superbes boutiques, des marchés en plein air et beaucoup de choses à faire. Si vous êtes à la recherche d'un week-end paisible, d'une semaine reposante ou de vacances multi-familiales amusantes, Winston at Rosemary est une maison parfaite pour vous.

En entrant depuis la terrasse de la piscine, vous entrez dans un grand salon / salle à manger / cuisine ouvert avec de nombreux sièges pour dîner ou regarder la télévision. Empruntez les escaliers ou l'ascenseur pour accéder aux chambres des deuxième et troisième étages et aux superbes balcons. Le deuxième étage a une suite king-master et une deuxième chambre king. Le troisième étage a une suite parentale king, une deuxième chambre king et 4 couchettes de couloir pleine grandeur. De plus, si vous avez besoin d'espace supplémentaire, il y a une maison de transport disponible pouvant accueillir 4 personnes avec un canapé-lit queen-size et un canapé-lit king-size. Avec votre piscine privée, la proximité de la plage, le stationnement hors rue pour 2 véhicules et la proximité de Rosemary, vous n'aurez peut-être jamais besoin de conduire pendant vos vacances.

Girls Trip

Winston Lane was a great location… very short walk to the beach and shops… the house was very nice and clean. We had 11 ladies and we had enough space for euro enjoy themselves.

The property was as shown in the photos. The house was well-stocked and furnished as promised. The pool was sandy when we arrived and the management team was responsive and had a crew out the next day (Sunday). The only down side to our stay was a couple of unexpected visits from a decorator and a contractor who was working on the house. Otherwise, our stay was great.

Paradise found

We absolutely loved our stay. Perfect proximity to the beach and convenience of Inlet as well as the shops and restaurants of Rosemary, Seacrest and Alys. The only disappointment was the property not being ready to check in when we arrived at nearly 4:30 and maintenance trucks for the carriage house often being parked in our designated parking spaces. Despite that we would definitely rent again!

Generous sized home close to everything

House was very nice and close to the beach, tennis and town of Rosemary. It had everything we needed and the dipping pool was an added bonus. It would be a great place for a ladies tennis weekend. It is close to 30A so you do hear the traffic when loud trucks come through. Besides that we had a lovely week.

Great location! Nice house but elevator did not work at all during our stay, sewage smell on second floor by laundry room and outside, and we were unaware that we had to share pool and outdoor area with people in guest house. However, we had a great time.

Weekend celebration

Overall was a great location and house. Unfortunately the first day and night we were there, the fridge and and third floor AC were broken. After multiple communications between myself and the company, both items were thankfully fixed before the next evening. The space, pool, and short walk to the beach were perfect for our trip!

Family Vacation

The Winston at Rosemary was ideal for our family of 13. The grandkids loved the bunk area, especially having their own tv viewing. The house was great, clean and had all we needed for our time. Easy access to the beach--we had bikes making it even quicker than the short walk. The crosswalk was great and traffic no problem as most people expect walkers, bikers in the area. Our family had the best time and would stay here again. The pool was a big plus for the kids during the evening hours. Thank you.

Great Property

We had a great week at the house. It's beautifully decorated and easily walkable to town, the beach and the tennis courts are across the streets. The management company was very responsive to issues. We came at the end of the season and numerous maintenance issues needed addressed (grill, dishwasher, shower, shades, lighting). The first three were frustrating but we still had a great time.

We had an issue with workers in the garage. They broke a water line and had to turn off the water for a few hours. Unfortunately it was right when we were getting ready for dinner. I called Paradise Properties and they were so nice about it and made things right for us!

Good and

The property management was great we just had to use them more that we thought. Lock box was hard to find but mgt answered right away, the check in time was rather late, the pool need cleaned, the pool co. showed up within an hour and there was a refund for the day we could not use it. The general comment was when there was an issue it was corrected we just had some issues.

Great location but house really needs some updates

The location was great and we enjoyed the pool. However, the house is very worn and needs some good updating. The outdoor dining table is about ready to fall apart and someone could severely hurt themselves on the legs of the table. The outdoor shower to rinse off sandy feet had zero water pressure so really needs fixed as it served no purpose. When we checked in, there was an old bra in one of the closets and one of the boards on the bunk bed kept falling. It’s a great house but needs major attention.

House is in a good location. 5-7 minutes to town and about 4 to the beach. It was nice and pretty well decorated. You could tell that the house had been rented many times and was decently worn in with a few items broken but it was ok and clean. We had an issue with a bunch of ants outside and a couple inside on the first day but maintenance was called and they came right away and took care of it. Still had them around outside but mainly gone. Couple other bugs noticed inside on the main level but nothing crazy. Hot water takes a bit to heat up. Good spaces to hang out inside and out.

We vacationed with a group of 12 people at this property, it's the perfect home for a large group. It's beautifully decorated. There's a large kitchen and plenty of seating for dining and relaxing. There was a separate beer/wine fridge to keep all adult beverages the perfect temp! The pool was PERFECT after a long hot day at the beach. All the bedrooms have comfy king sized beds and all bathrooms have ample storage and counter space for multiple users. The tankless hot water heater ensured nobody had to take a cold shower when we were getting ready to go out. There's parking for 3 full sized SUVS which many homes in ROSEMARY don't have. The home has easy access to the beach with out ROSEMARY sized crowds- go out to street, take a left and walk til you hit sand. The property management team quickly responded and fixed two small items we found. Consider staying in this property on your next trip to 30A- you wont be sorry!

BEST RENTAL AGENCY WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! Paradise Properties!

We have been staying in Rosemary Beach 3-4 times a year for 2 decades now! It is like a second home to our family. This particular rental home is in a great location, had a great layout, tasteful decor and great pool but what stood out the most to us was the rental agency!! Never in the last 20 years have we had a company so well run, so professional, so prompt and so kind!! They must have the same training Chick-Fil-A does because that is what they reminded me of. There were multiple issues with the home from the pool heat stopping to the AC going out on the top floor and a few other minor things but when we called Paradise Properties they were cheerful, listened well and took care of each thing RIGHT AWAY!! They truly seemed to genuninely care that everything was fixed and correct and we were happy and I can tell you from lots of experience around here, that is NOT THE NORM!!!! Pool heat going out could take a few days to get response, but this company had someone out there within the hour! I can't say enough about them. Every single person we spoke to had the same response- wanting to help get it taken care of quickly and kindly! (and that was several different people since we were there 12 days and had several little things needing attention on various days) I would book this home again because it is a great property but I would also book any other home that this agency represents. They made such a big impression on us with their superb customer service, thats a rare treasure these days!!!

Beautiful house, poor management company.

The house is beautiful and well furnished. Local is good and bad, within walking distance to everything, but without the amenities advertised. For instance, the beach chairs cannot be rented at the closest beach access, nor to the access to the right, only to the access on the left, which is a over 1/2 mile away. Same with the bonfire. In addition, although all is within walking distance, the tennis courts are active early in the morning (all day really), and the bar behind the house is active late. So lots of noise. The management company didn’t ensure there were hair driers, or much of anything else. Only a bar of soap as a toiletry. One trash bag, limited toilet paper. If we were staying for 3 days it would have been fine, we were there for 10 and no extras were allowed. They did find us hair dryers, but we had to buy trash bags, toilets paper, salt pepper, etc. There was a mirror missing in the downstairs bath when we arrived and the closet upstairs had the shelves broken, the sliding door was broken upstairs. The septic alarm went off during our first night there and the smell never improved after folks came to work on it. The concierge service that is advertised is them giving you the phone number for anything you need. Hum, not really service oriented. The house is lovely but the management of Paradise was sub par for sure. Which made the price overall not worth it. Add in some chairs to take to the beach, more amenities in the house, and it becomes more worth the $.

Great house setup if you have teens/kids.

Lovely and spacious home for a spring break getaway. Perfect if you have teens and/or kids because the second floor is very accommodating for this. Loved the location since it was near the beach and not a long walk. My only suggestion is for a better stocked kitchen. Our group did a lot of cooking and we felt the kitchen was lacking in resources. However, I would still recommend this place. Overall, great stay!

Great Location

The home was beautiful and very spacious for my family. The location was very ideal if beach front is not an option. Elevator was a little quirky and didn’t work at times but other than that the home was great. We would definitely be back!

We loved the location. Very close to beach, Rosemary shops, and tennis courts. The fireplace was nice for the cool weather.
