Profitez de la vue sur le golfe depuis cette maison de vacances familiale et accueillante. La conception architecturale intelligente de Bella Cottage comprend plusieurs balcons et fenêtres de surveillance à tous les niveaux. L'extérieur est peint dans des tons de terre verte qui se fondent dans la flore indigène de Rosemary Beach.

À l'intérieur, chaque pièce est remplie de lumière naturelle. Le décor présente un mélange intelligent de fibres naturelles, de bois chaleureux et de pierre. La grande cuisine équipée avec des équipements professionnels comprend des appareils en acier inoxydable et des plans de travail en pierre polie pour les collations en famille ou les boissons en soirée. Un autre endroit merveilleux de rassemblement de famille est la longue table à manger sous un lustre simple et rustique.

L'une des chambres les plus magiques de la maison est la chambre avec lits superposés pour enfants avec quatre lits jumeaux intégrés caché au sommet du chalet sous un plafond voûté. Les portes vitrées s'ouvrent sur un balcon privé. Chacune des autres chambres possède une salle de bain privée.

Situé à quelques pas de la piscine de la Barbade et à quelques pas du sable blanc de la côte de Rosemary Beach.

Family getaway

The House was incredible! The beds were amazing and very soft. The whole house was very clean. I would definitely recommend this house. It’s close to the ocean and the shops.

Relaxing Summer Vacation

Our party of 12 included 6 children from 7-19 yrs of age who were continuously entertained which made our stay very enjoyable for the parents. We loved the decor, floor plan, super comfy beds and proximity to the beach, community pool and shops.

Great House at on Beach side of 30A in Rosemary Beach

My family of six and I stayed here in late September 2020. We loved the house. The pool was great. I loved the open floor plan on the 2nd level where we all hung out, did puzzles, watched movies. We enjoyed all the outdoor spaces and ate dinner every night on the porch. Great location near one of Rosemary's pools. Also the communication and responsiveness from the management company was excellent.

We had our entry code promptly even before our scheduled check-in time which was an added bonus! I was able to communicate with management via text and got immediate responses. It was a breeze. Highly recommend! Only wish we could have stayed longer. Great property.

Great stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We can’t say enough wonderful things about the house! Great location, loved all the balconies. We had a wonderful stay. My only complaint is that the kids room doesn’t have any blinds so they were up literally as the sun was coming up 😂. The only other thing is I wish we could control the temperature in the spa. It’s connected to the pool and so by the time we got in it the entire pool was way too hot to swim. If we could have turned it down or off until we got in it it would have been perfect. Sadly we couldn’t even use it!That being said, we already booked our stay for next year! Just two notes I wanted to give!

Perfect location and beautiful house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this home is perfect, a few minutes walk to the beach and steps from the shops at Seacrest Beach and ‘downtown’ Rosemary. Our favorite part of the beach has always been Walkover I because it is less crowded. The balconies and pool are great, one of the only heated pools we’ve had in Rosemary that we didn’t have to have someone come out to turn on. The kids floor’ on the 3rd floor is perfect with 4 beds, 2 trundles, and a tv room and bathroom. It is a bit noisy at night on the street right outside of the master bedroom and this is a fairly expensive property to not have a dedicated parking spot, but hoping this is resolved when the garage construction is completed. Overall we loved our stay and would love to come back!

Great family vacation

It is a thgreat home close to shops and restaurants, pool, and beach. The only issues I have to say are minor but you need to consider these things when spending your money and if these things matter or not. I would rather have stayed in Aly's Beach in a brand new home without the minor issues from this home. So here are the issues: The pool heater did not work until the day we were leaving (on the 5th day), the kitchen pots/pans/etc are old, the door handles are also old and can easily come off when someone tries to shut the doors to the patios, my husband had to fix the master bed because when I laid down the bed went down (thank goodness my husband is strong and knows how to fix everything). I want to be honest and let you know before renting. All depends what you really want in a rental vacation home....if you want a new property I would reconsider, if you like older homes this is perfect for your stay and it's great location to everything.

Bella Cottage Review

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the property was okay to fine. The house definitely needs some tending to. Walls beat up, couch and living room rug seemed very used, decorations/art not great. The general interior furniture and items in the house are not what we usually see and expect in Rosemary especially for this price point (we have rented houses for the last 10 years). No Tupperware for fridge storage. Blender had a strange plug that could not be utilized. When we arrived we found the garage door broke which we were not advised about in advance. I own a rental home in Park City which is why I am providing this feedback as I would want to know as the owner. Also, the minimal kitchen paper towels and toilet paper were annoying as there should be enough basic supplies provided for the # of people and length of stay. would only recommend to a friend with these caveats at this price point.

Nice Stay in Rosemary

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My overall review of the property is positive. The house was clean and in a great location. It was perfect for a trip for my daughter’s birthday. We had 3 adults and 7 teenagers. The loft was perfect for the girls. With the other bedrooms on the bottom floor we could not hear them. The management company was very responsive and helped with our requests immediately. The house was stocked really well except for no wine glasses. We also requested a cork screw which the management company provided. The pool and hot tub area was nice. Bonus that there are gates to the pool so no pool alarm in the house!Know before you go- The house does not appear to have been updated. It’s definitely showing some wear and tear. There is no icemaker which was surprising at that price point. The furniture in the living room is not up to Rosemary par. However, for our purposes the property worked great.

Reviewer Comments: We have rented in Rosemary Beach 3 previous times from you and all have been wonderful stays and each house was adequately maintained and well equipped to serve rental customers. Bella Cottage was not ready for prime time and we were shocked that your company would rent a house in need of significant items in order to be usable.Upon arrival we noted that the house had no broiler pans, had 1 pot, had 2 pans, had about 10 tops for pots and pans, had silverware and dishes for about 5 people, had 2 placemats , had window shades that did not work, had ants, had mold on entry stairs, had a shower that was stoped up in master, had a table in living room that needed repair and the house seemed to lack the general upkeep that we had evidenced in our prior rentals from you.Eventually almost everything was corrected but not before continual prompting from us. Someone needs to pay more attention to detail so that guests can enjoy their vacation or you should remove this house from the rental pool and remove the property manager.

Great vacation at Bella Cottage

All of our rentals have been terrific-but I must say that Bella Cottage was the cleanest we have ever stayed in! Location is great. Close to the beach and parking near the cottage was very easy. The pool and hot tub was extra fun as an extra place to have cocktails in the evening. We had one tiny sink drain snafu and maintenance was there in 45 minutes to fix. This was a great stay!!!

Location is high on my list when choosing a short term rental. The southwest section of Rosemary is my favorite spot. Bella Cottage was perfect for what we needed. The kids had the upstairs bunk room and the adults has the downstairs bedrooms. Great house, great location and 30A Luxury Vacations did a great job. If Bella Cottage is available the week you need it and the size is right (3 bedrooms and a large bunk room) book it. You'll be happy.

30A Luxury Vacations was Disappointing

Reviewer Comments: Property description was accurate Property was clean and well-maintained The property manager cancelled my reservation after it was confirmed and offered me another property which cost me $900 more. He also offered me free use of the property’s carriage house which he said would be complete when we arrived, even suggesting we invite our parents to stay there. Fortunately, we did not invite anyone because the carriage house was not ready for occupancy during our stay. While the accommodations were very nice, I would never use or recommend 30A Luxury Vacations again because they were not reliable and did not take ownership for their mistakes.

Brandtbunch Bella cottage stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Bella cottage is a beautiful home with more than enough space for our three families. We really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach & pool. It was clean, comfortable and very well placed. I have to say that the west side is a lot nosier than the East side where we usually stay. The neighbors courtyard gives to a few bedroom windows and they stayed up past 3am and were very loud. Kept my daughter up every night but that’s an issue regarding simple manners and not a reflection of this home. Was nice having our own pool. We used it every day. We Did have an issue with Construction in the charriage house and a port o potty right outside the pool in our view but there was nothing they could do about it. That was unfortunate, really. 30A always works hard to accommodate any need we have and it was out of their hands. We made the best of our pool time but it’s not something that should be there when a home is being rented. Again, they did a beautiful job accommodating us throughout the week. Great stay! Great cottage! Would definitely recommend if you want to be near the beach & pool. Had everything we needed & some!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The combination of a beautiful home, awesome location and fantastic customer service made our vacation truly great. The house's location was so convenient for our families with young children as it's steps away from the beautiful Barbados pool and truly a minute walk to the beach (and only a few minute walk to the main street). The backyard pool and spa were a Godsend as well, especially when the pools became crowded. And, 30A Luxury Vacations adjusted the spa and pool temps upon request which was great. I can't say enough good things about the quick, friendly service that 30A Luxury Vacation Agency provided. They responded to each of our questions promptly and went above and beyond even after we left (and left something behind) during an incredibly busy time. This vacation was just what we needed after quarantine. Thank you 30A Luxury Vacations and homeowners!
