Abode at Twin Pines est situé à environ un tiers d'un mile de Silver Lake Village et à environ deux pâtés de maisons de la route gratuite de Park City Transit. Cette maison a été entièrement rénovée avec une cuisine ultramoderne, foyer, planchers de bois franc, plafonds cathédrale, bain à remous extérieur privé sur la terrasse, laveuse et sécheuse, Internet sans fil gratuit et garage privé. Cette maison fait le voyage parfait quelle que soit la saison!

Amazing Abode at Twin Pines

Fabulous property even better then seen in the pictures with vaulted ceilings, bright and airy. Plenty pf space with dual sinks in each bathroom and wonderful amenities like a private hot tub and sauna. Staff was very responsive and friendly, always available and accommodating! Highly recommended!

Great house, great location!

The entire stay was great. The house is very nice and has been recently renovated. We found it very comfortable and a great place to hang out, watch movies, play games, etc. the house is an easy drive to Main Street in Park City and also very close to Deer Valley. We would highly recommend. The check-in process and communication with the owner was very seamless and easy.

Great Place

Really liked the place. Clean, well appointed and set up for a family. Skiing is short walk up Sterling and left into town. Make sure you leave your skis overnight with at the ski valet. (there are lockers right inside if you want to wear street boot/shoes to the mountain). Golden Hirsch and Cena are solid dinner choices.

Great neighborhood and property

This was our 2nd rental in the Silverlake area and we're sold (can't believe I'm sharing the secret) - it's the best place to stay at Deer Valley for a family + friends. The house is gorgeous and in a great neighborhood. The only "watch out" is the garage - if you plan to bring a car bigger than a Prius you won't have a parking space as the garage is full with firewood and the owner's car (but you really don't need a car at all with a 5 min walk to the mountain and nearby shuttle stop.) We will be back in 2023/24 for sure!

We enjoyed our stay at Twin Pines #6 very much and would gladly stay again on a future date. Normally I do not respond to these surveys but in this case I needed to point out the proactive assistance that Abode team member Justin Upchurch provided prior to our arrival. He took the time and initiative to contact me and let me know the hot tub in our reserved unit was not working and couldn't be repaired prior to arrival. As such it provided time and opportunity for me to make a decision to move our stay to another unit. Justin provided 2 options for my family to stay in other units or take a discount and remain in our reserved one, even providing an alternative that was an upgrade to the unit we initially booked. It's not often that a person goes above and beyond to make sure a guest has the experience they expected. I want to congratulate Abode on their commitment to guest satisfaction and customer service which in this case will have me and my family as a repeat customer and I will let my friends know about my positive experience with your company. I'd also like to point out the unit we stayed in was exactly as pictured on the site and we enjoyed the amenities.

One major issue and few minor ones

Our family of 4 stayed at this house over President's week for a ski vacation. The house itself is nice, has lots of room, comfortable and the pictures are accurate. We had one major issue and 2 minor issues during our stay. The biggest issue we had was the hot tub. We specifically booked a house with a hot tub as my wife really needs it for recovery from a day of skiing. The day after we checked in and used it, we get a message from Abode that it was not available the next day as it needed to be shocked and cleaned. This was very frustrating, but more importantly to have it be shut down for "cleaning" and to have the water shocked means we swam in unsanitary water. It's like going to a hotel and getting soiled sheets to sleep in. A technician should have inspected the water before our stay, not during. We were grossed out and ended up not using the hot tub at all. The other issues were from check in. The front door lock never worked for us. The staff did respond quickly to that and gave us garage access. The owners truck was in the garage when we checked in though and so again an inconvenience but the staff acted and moved it. Almost feels like the team was not ready for a new tenant when we arrived. We exchanged messages with Abode during our stay as they checked in. When they heard about the hot tub issue they wanted a manager to call us and we said Friday evening after skiing but they never called. The hot tub issue is what really turned us off.

One of the best Airbnb we have stayed at.

One of the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. Top-notch location and customer service. The house was incredible!! Abode is also incredible at running and managing your stay. Great location and customer service. Knowing there was a broken icemaker and bringing in ice before we got there was a great example of the level of customer service. Both people we meet were extremely nice and helpful. Also, the beer, Redbull, and snacks were greatly appreciated by my family. The house had everything we could have possibly needed.
