The Snow Flower complexâs convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain and easy access to Park Cityâs charming, historic Main Street via Park Cityâs free transit system.
This condo features a renovated traditional mountain dĂ©cor with three bedrooms plus a loft and three bathrooms. Access to Park City Mountainâs Eagle, First Time and 3 Kings lifts are just a stoneâs throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please without having to worry about the morning parking rush or afternoon traffic.
The floor-to-ceiling windows adjacent to the dining room offer breath-taking views of Park City Mountain and the Payday run from the entire living area. You will find a beautifully furnished and impeccably designed kitchen with knotty Alder wood cabinets, granite counter tops, a breakfast bar with seating for three, a dramatic slate floor, and stainless-steel appliances. Additional seating for six is available in the dining area along with a wine fridge.
The living room includes a large, flat-screen TV, custom stone-built wall and gas fireplace, and cozy furniture to relax and take in your surroundings. Additional gathering space is available on the large balcony, which is perfect for year-round enjoyment. Relax with a refreshing drink and enjoy the fresh mountain air during spring, summer, or fall, or enjoy a hot chocolate, tea, or perhaps a hot toddy while watching the skiers end their day in the winter.
The main bedroom features a luxurious king size bed, flat-screen TV, natural stone gas fireplace, cozy reading chair, and multiple windows framing the stunning mountain views, wooden ceilings give for a warm, log-cabin feel. The main bathroom includes a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower with two shower heads.
The second bedroom includes a plush queen-size bed, flat screen TV, plenty of clothing storage and an abundance of natural light. This room overlooks the pool and hot tub with gorgeous mountain views. The second bathroom features a jetted tub and a tumbled marble, walk-in shower with two shower heads.
When you walk upstairs, youâll find the second living room in the loft, with a 46-inch flat screen TV and Blu-ray/DVD player, along with two plush couches for a sitting area filled with comfort. This room is great for kids to hangout while providing plenty of space for the entire family. There also is a twin-sized bed that doubles as a second couch.
The third loft bedroom has two wooden framed twin beds with a privacy curtain covering the doorway. The third bathroom includes a beautifully tiled, walk-in shower.
Condo amenities include triple sheeting, a fabulous balcony with a gas grill, two gas stone fireplaces, a cozy reading chair in each bedroom, five TVs, two Blu-Ray DVD players, beautiful alder wood doors and wooden window blinds throughout, a wall safe, and a wall-mounted hair dryer in each of the three bathrooms.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flowerâs fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms.
