- We have always maintained a very high housekeeping, sanitizing and laundry standard at our properties.
- CHECK-IN - Arrival is after 4pm. You can call/text on the day of your arrival to check if the unit is available but early access is not guaranteed.
- CHECK-OUT - Departure is 10am or earlier. You can call/text the day before your departure to check on flexibility but late check-out is not guaranteed.

House worked great for our family. Ample supplies in the kitchen. Very comfortable beds (please let me know where the sheets and pillows came from). Communication with management was excellent. Garbage disposal was not working when we arrived. One call and the manager came out and installed new one same day like it was no big deal. Very responsive and impressed with service. It was ski vacation for us over new years (bad idea due to crowds, limited terrain open at Park City). Not the property's fault there were crowds and lift lines and limited terrain. The property is right in front of major bus stop which made getting around very easy. Agree easier to walk to Fresh market than drive even though right across the street. Had rental car, but did not need it.Thanks for letting us stay with you and great communication and service from management.
The location of this condo is perfect for a family. Pool and spa were open during December and the grocery store is right across the street (itâs easier to walk there than drive). I was disappointed with no washer and dryer in the unit. Kids make a lot of laundry! There is a couple of coin laundry units at the clubhouse. Bus stop is right around the corner to all the popular stops in Park City. Property manager responded to my texts and made sure our stay was perfect!
Annual guys ski trip. Had a great time, location was good. Close to grocery store and bus stop. Condo was lacking cooking utensils, never could get fire place to work, tried using grill on patio but found it was out of propane and one jacuzzi and sauna didn't work at the club house/common area. Beds slept great.
Our overall impression was good. We had some plumbing problems with the sewer backing up but the response from the property manager and the plumber was great. Based on the listing, we assumed that the laundry was in the unit, but it was actually a small private laundry mat that was about 150-200 feet from where we stayed. Wouldn't be bad if we hadn't had to trudge through the snow to get there.
We felt that this was a great value for the location of the property. There was a lot of space and a great view of the mountains right out the back door. We didn't understand that one of the rooms was a loft, but it wasn't a problem.
Great location and walking distance to downtown area, everything was clean-upon arrival. Nice and quiet location. Good amount of space and relatively comfortable beds. The store across the street is extremely convenient as well!
Excellent location for easy access to Park City slopes, downtown and grocery shopping.
This condo was spacious and very comfortable for my family of 5. It was an easy 5 minute drive to drop off snowboarding family members, and an even closer drive (or walk) to the grocery store!
