Ce condo au 3ème étage mis à jour peut accueillir 4 personnes. Il y a un roi dans le maître et un confortable canapé-lit queen dans le salon. N'oubliez pas que 2 amis à fourrure sont également les bienvenus. Tous les meubles, appareils électroménagers, appareils électroniques et décoration sont neufs. Pack light ... il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée, laveuse et sécheuse, une connexion Wi-Fi privée, des serviettes, des draps et un parking réservé. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay at the Beach Club every year for vacation! We love the proximity to the beach, the fishing pond, and the pool. We were pleasantly surprised with the amazing view from our balcony this year! The only negative for us, as we love to cook, is there were only 3 forks and a large serving fork for us to use.

Sandfest geyaway

We made a last minute getaway to Port Aransas Sandfest ..(I prefer staying in n padre because it’s quieter and much less crowded)This place was well furnished, had a nice pool, and was only a short walk to the beach.

It worked like a charm to sit and breath some salt air and get some good vitamin D as well. We saw great sunrises and sunsets and the condo worked great for this!

Close to beach; nice hot tub

Thankful to walk to the beach although it’s on the side where vehicles are allowed to go. Property was just what we needed as 2 adults - get Brooklyn Pie co. Delivered and go to the Surfside Sandwich Shoppe! Checkin and out was super easy.

Island Vibes - lovely condo

We just spent a wonderful week at Island Vibes - the condo was clean, well-laid out and very comfortable with a lovely view over the private pond (great fun watching the fish jumping in and out of the water) and the Gulf in the distance from the 3rd floor balcony. Booking and check-in were a breeze! Just remember that there is no elevator, so you will get your steps in going up and down the stairs. I would thoroughly recommend staying at this cute apartment.

Overall Pretty Good

Condo was nice and clean. However, it does have a musky 'old' smell inside but overall good. The stairs are a bit of a hassle. Otherwise, a good place to stay. The condo did not have any coffee or coffee filters which I thought was unusual, even hotel rooms provide those.

We were on the third floor so may not be best location for people with ambulation/stair issues. I loved the location because we could see the ocean from our balcony. Has a full kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, all the basic kitchen items, and a full sized washer and dryer. Has a small pond in addition to the beautiful pool and though it’s not ON the beach, you CAN see the ocean from the balcony. Stress free booking and very friendly, helpful, management company! There isn’t an elevator, but even considering that...I would go back again and would 110% recommend it!

The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the ocean, and the amenities were as described. The interior was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, we did encounter an issue with a significant number of ants during our stay. While it didn't ruin our experience, it's something that could be improved upon. We'd recommend this condo to others, with the hope that the ant issue is addressed for future guests.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a cute unit. Great view of the dunes Te you can see the water since it’s on the 3rd floor. But speaking of the 3rd floor, make sure you understand there is no elevator. The unit is in need of some maintenance but it’s hard to keep up a property right on the coast like this. The biggest issue is that there is a strong mold odor. I thought it might go away but it lingered through out our 4 day stay.

Like a Two Star Hotel

I feel like I was in a two star hotel. The location was great, the community and view were nice and the floorplan worked. However, the unit was disappointing. First, it reaked of mold. The laminate floor was so loud and popped like bubble wrap with every step. Very little was provided in the way of supplies. You have a kitchen but bring everything for it, bring extra pillows and every toiletry. I like VRBO for a place that feels homey but, again, this felt like a two star hotel but with a kitchen. I'd stay at the complex again but not this unit.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were unable to stay in this unit although we were charged for one night. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator access. Neither my husband nor myself were able to climb three flights of steep narrow stairs!

Fantastic Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice condo. We stayed for a week to move our daughter back for summer college. It was the perfect size for 3 adults and a pet. The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants were not that far away. The bed was comfortable however the fitted sheet kept managing to come off at each corner at the top of the bed during our sleep. I had to fix it every morning but this did not damper our stay or inconvenience us at all. I believe the elastic in the sheets were worn out or the sheet was too big. The kitchen was perfect and had everything I needed to prepare a meal. I was a little surprised there was no dishwashing soap just cubes for the dishwasher. I am old fashioned and hand wash my dishes. Since we were moving our daughter back to TAMU we used her dish soap so no biggie. We really enjoyed our stay and loved sitting on the balcony both day and night listening to the waves crash on the beach, guest fishing in the pond and birds flying by.
