CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.

Perfect Location

It was a very relaxing experience. The property was very quite. We stayed over the 4th of July and were able to view the fireworks right from our balcony. It was perfect.

It was a wonderful property and close enough to walk to the beach. We loved the balcony to sit and relax. Overall, this place was perfection for our girls getaway.

Wonderful Stay for Our Little Family

My family enjoyed our five-night stay here. It was perfect for two adults and two children (ages one and twelve). The patio offered lovely views and some people-watching, which my husband and I enjoyed nightly. I appreciated the provided sound machine as our baby's broke on the second night! The proximity to Whitecap beach access was excellent. Also, PINS is only a short drive south, and Port A is twenty-five minutes north. We had no need to use the other property amenities and spent more time in the unit than expected due to rain. Some minor updates would be nice, but nothing affected our stay. (More comfortable patio furniture, new lamps in the living room, childproof patio blinds, a step stool to reach the microwave, a smart TV in the bedroom for fewer remotes.) The reserved parking is nice, but the side of the building it is on is inconvenient. We would gladly book this property again.

- Never heard from the host the entire trip. - Bathroom sink stopper had to be propped up to drain. - Balcony felt unstable. - Bugs in the bathroom. - WIFI did no work until the second to last day. - Text reminder the day before check out which is fine, but received another one at 8 am waking us up this morning.

Shortened trip due to hurricane Beryl

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My fiance and I decided to spend our 6 year anniversary trip at this property. Overall the photos looked great online. We were mostly interested in the hot tub and pool area and were excited to go.One complaint we have is that there were a lot of kids (specifically several teenage girls) taking up the entire hot tub and lots of other kids in the pool. We were really wanting a "no kids" type experience and we were frustrated at how many there were.Unfortunately, due to the upcoming hurricane Beryl, we were unable to really enjoy the property and were instructed to evacuate early. All that said, the property management was very amenable to this and refunded us for the rest of our stay with no questions asked. We appreciate that.Overall, I would visit this property again but maybe during a weekend that isn't as busy as to avoid all the kids.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoy the Beach Club condos.The microwave is on top of the refrigerator which is very dangerous. These units should all have microwave above the oven in a vent style installation. We are an retired couple and using the microwave is difficult.The patio door leaks excessively when it rains. You can definitely see the water damage around the baseboards surrounding the door which means water damage is likely seen in the condo underneath it too. The toilet runs endlessly.. A maintenance person did come by but did not have the appropriate parts to fix it.

Best little condo for a couple!

This place was so cute and so perfect for my husband and I! The only thing you need to know about this place is if you drink coffee buy the bigger coffee filters and that’s not even worth complaining about! Great place, clean and the bed was comfy!!

The stay and location overall was good, but I did lose two nights of sleep because the battery on the smoke detector was dead and kept beating through out the night and kept waking me up throughout the night when on vacation

The name of my condo was Serenity the name is a perfect analogy of how I felt staying here. This was the first time staying here and using a vacation condo. I normally stay at a hotel. Staying in this condo was way much better than staying at a hotel!!!! The easy of booking;to checking in and checking out was fantastic! The condo was just as the pictures illustrated. The location was perfect! It was in walking distance to the beach. I never had to move my car. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. The condo was so clean and welcoming! I am already looking at my schedule for plans to return to this property again! I highly recommend this condo and Padre Escapes!
