Le grand poète français Toi & Moi, le grand manoir de Paul Geraldi jusqu’à sa mort en 1983, a été rénové et restauré afin de devenir l’un des magnifiques logements situés dans de somptueux jardins offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer et sur la Tropez Bay.
Ste Maxime, un joyau de la Côte d’Azur, offrant tranquillité et paix à seulement 15 kilomètres de Ste. Tropez - 15 min. Traversée en ferry de la baie, du port.
Cet hébergement de luxe comprend 2 chambres, chacune avec une salle de bains spacieuse. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit queen-size, d'une baignoire 5 pièces et de stores de patio occultables avec télécommande et d'une terrasse privée offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer.
Le plan de l'unité est un salon, une salle à manger et une cuisine à concept ouvert. Il y a 12 pieds de hauteur sous plafond, des sols en céramique et des portes-fenêtres menant à une belle terrasse qui couvre toute la largeur de l'appartement et offre une vue imprenable sur la Méditerranée et la baie de Ste Tropez. Ambiance incomparable.

Cette villa privée, accessible par les portes codées, offre une piscine commune (pour les 7 unités), de superbes jardins, une vue magnifique et un parking sécurisé sur place.
Les frais de location sont en euros et incluent le stationnement. Le séjour minimum est de 7 nuits - du samedi au samedi, avec un départ à 10h. Samedi strict tourner.
Un dépôt de garantie de 200 euros est demandé à l'arrivée. Il sera restitué en espèces au moment du départ, à condition qu'il ne soit pas endommagé. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un bel endroit pour passer des vacances.

Perfect stay in gorgeous setting

We enjoyed two weeks in this lovely apartment with stunning panoramic views over the bay in a lovely old building set in beautiful grounds. Looking out at these views from the master bedroom was a delight. The setting was quiet and peaceful. We would happily return.

Superb Gulf of St Tropez views, good location, well-equipped and spotlessly clean - we were delighted with our week in St Maxime, which is a busy (but not packed!) family resort well located for St Tropez, Grimaud etc. Don't miss the beaches at Pampelonne, esp Club 55! Raymond, Wales

Immaculate, well maintained, well thought through

An absolute delight to say in Villa Moi & Toi, we found everything was well maintained, well thought through and well catered for. The view from the balcony is simply stunning, the facilities excellent and the pool a godsend for the children. Customer service provided by Marie and Valerie was wonderful, and absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

A 5-Star Villa to which you will want to return

This was our second stay at the Toi et Moi villa in Sainte Maxime, and we were again delighted with the villa. It is obviously not a commercial rental, but someone's much loved second home. This shows throughout the home in it's furnishings, appliances, and care. We hope to continue coming back to "Toi et Moi". The view remains spectacular!

EXCELLENT VACATION - EXCELLENT APARTMENT - EXCELLENT VIEW

Our family of four (2 adults and 2 children (ages 8 and 9) stayed at Toi & Moi for the 2nd time in 2 years. It was great. The flat is well equipped, had everything we needed -- and was very clean and neat. The accommodations were perfect for our family -- two twin beds and a master suite with a wonderful view. We could have meals on the patio table and the kitchen was equipped with EVERYTHING that we needed. I highly recommend Toi & Moi and we will continue to visit year after year.

Pure Poetry

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful week at this former “Grand Home” of a famous poet. It is difficult to find superlatives to add to the previous 49 consecutive “5-star” reviews of this great apartment, but here are a few: Fantastic Views. Tranquil, secure environment. Comfortable furniture, and well equipped kitchen (not just a rental villa, but the owner’s second home). Fantastic views. Beautiful, large bathrooms. Large bedrooms. Large balconies. Great location in peaceful Sainte-Maxime (but 15 minute ferry-ride to Saint Tropez). Did I mention the fantastic views? Pure Poetry.

Magnificent!

This must be the most perfect place in the world! Even though the hot summer weather had not yet arrived, the area was brilliant- St Tropez, wine tasting at the local chateaus, mountain villages and great beaches, St Maxime’s shops and restaurants ..... The apartment was even better! I was met on arrival by Valerie who acquainted me with the apartment and it’s many features- cable TV, sound system, perfect internet, washer dryer, etc etc. and even briefed us on the best places to go locally, all of which were a short walk away. The flat itself is beautiful with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, a lovely living room and dining area and a modern kitchen- all spotlessly clean. The balcony is breathtaking with uninterrupted views across the bay to St Tropez, which was a hive of boating activity even at this time of year. There are lovely gardens and nice big pool, although it it was a bit early in the season for swimming. All in all, I can’t recommend this apartment highly enough, especially at the reasonable price, and we will definitely return soon.

Couple from Los Angeles

This is an exceptional 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Ste. Maxime on the French Riviera. My wife and I left the kids at home for a week and stayed at this apt. for 7 nights -- using Ste. Maxime as a hub for visiting other towns in the vicinity. The apartment is very nice, spacious enough for a small family, enough beds for 4 people, and also has a pullout couch for 2 more people. The view from the apartment is absolutely breathtaking -- a 180 degree view of the Mediterranean sea, and luxury houses and gardens below. The house is about 150 meters up a hill from the sea. The pool is very nice as well, we used it one afternoon during the week. The kitchen is small but well equipped. We visted Monaco/Monte Carlo (a 1.5 - 2 hr. drive north, with traffic), Nice and the nearby medieval town of St. Paul de Vence (each 1.5 hours north), St. Tropez (a short 12.50 euro ferry ride away), Grimaud (a cute medieval town 20 mins away), and the Provence towns of Aix-en-Provence (1.5 hrs), St. Remy (2 hrs), and Arles (2.5 hrs). We highly recommend visiting all of these towns. (If you have to skip one, skip Aix, it is very large and busy, but go to all others.) We booked a small hotel in St. Remy for an overnight stay in Provence, because we could not see all of these places with just a day trip. We recommend doing the same thing. The town of Ste. Maxime, where this apt. is located, is a cute, small town with lots of activity. Numerous cafes, restaurants, shops and markets are in town. The apt. is a 20 min. walk from town. We walked it once, and drove it all other times. For travelers from outside of France, I have 3 recommendations: first, pay the deposit and balance for this apt. using PayPal linked to your bank account, not a credit card (it would have saved me US$120 if I had done that), or pay by check if the owner permits it. The bank transactions are very high otherwise. Second, use a GPS with software for maps of France. We bought a chip for US$99 which covers all of Europe, and it was a lifesaver. The roads of France are very hard to navigate without a GPS, and door-to-door directions allows you to enjoy the scenery without the stress of finding your way. Garmin provided perfect directions. Third, Rick Steves' travel book of Provence and the French Riviera is excellent, and highly accurate. His restaurant recommendations, in particular, were perfect.

Comfort, élégance et vue imprenable!

Nous avons passé une semaine délicieuse dans ce bel appartement! L’atmosphère est élégante et cosy. L’appartement est très propre, le linge de maison largement fourni, et il y a beaucoup de détails qui vous donne l’impression d’être gaté.(shampoing, glacons preparés dans le frigo, bougies dans les chandeliers, jolies serviettes en papier etc.) La vue sur la baie est superbe et change chaque heure de la journée. La piscine est bien entretenue et calme et le jardin fleuri. L’ambiance entre les autres habitants/locataires est aimable et discrète. Le contact avec Marie était facile et Valérie nous a recu avec enthousiasme. Nous reviendrons volontiers dans ce petit coin de paradis. Un grand merci!

An ideal spot for enjoying the Côte d'Azur

We spent a very relaxing week here: The building is a historic villa divided into flats, and the high ceilings, large rooms and excellent A/C make for very elegant surroundings. The view from the balcony is superb, and we spent many an evening sitting outside watching the moonlight reflect off the Bay of St-Tropez over a glass of wine. The pool is delightful and very well kept. The Plage de la Nartelle is a beautiful beach that is 5 minutes' drive away. It is only about a kilometer walk into the town of Ste-Maxime, and we frequently strolled to the restaurants there. My only quibble is that the necessity of arranging arrival time with the housekeeper and paying a cash deposit is slightly inconvenient. It would be nice to be able to pick up keys from a lock box or similar. Also, some toiletries (soap, at least) or provisions like extra trash bags might help make the welcome more pleasant. All in all, though, this is a beautifully kept and very well situated place to stay to enjoy the area.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views in Sainte-Maxime

We have had a wonderful time staying at villa Toi & Moi. The apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable and stylish, we couldn’t fault it. It is clear that this is a holiday home and not your average rental. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning and we loved sitting out there for breakfast, relaxing on the sunloungers or watching the sun go down. It is very private and secure, with gated access and we barely saw or heard any of the other neighbours. Even at the swimming pool (also clean and warm) which our boys loved and we used twice a day we had it all to ourselves the majority of the time. The villa is probably a 20 minute walk from the town centre - we didn’t actually walk it as it was so hot and our youngest is not great at walking far. It’s also very close to the beach. We really liked the location for being just out of the busy town and we always managed to park close to town for a short walk in. We would highly recommend this villa and as my husband said we would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you Marie and Valerie, the check in and check out process was very smooth and easy.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Wohnung sehr genossen. Das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und auch den Pool haben wir gerne genutzt. Ideale Größe zum Schwimmen als auch zum Spielen für Kinder. Das Zentrum von St. Maxime ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder, der Blick auf die Bucht, zu jeder Tageszeit, einfach ein Traum!

Wonderful sea views apartment near lovely seaside St Maxime

A beautiful first floor apartment in great condition with fabulous views from its balcony across St Tropez Bay. Set in beautiful converted old building in lovely gardens. Spotlessly clean and two very nice bedrooms, both with air con. Lovely owner and very helpful manager, Valerie. It was a wonderful stay.

Everything about the property was as we hoped. It was a great location with great views over the sea and had plenty of room for the 3 of us. It's very quiet which we liked and within easy distance of good beaches and the town. Very restful and recharging.

This really is a dream holiday property in a fantastic location, just 1 mile from the center of Saint Maxime, making a lovely seaside walk every morning. The kitchen, living area and master bedroom all open out onto balconies ( we ate outside every day ) with an amazing view across the bay of Saint Tropez. Very relaxing

We've stayed here twice over the New Year period. Its the perfect place for a relaxing break, the weather isn't always sunny and warm but its good enough for exploring the area on road bikes. The property is very cosy and quiet with a stunning view of the sea, secure parking and near to the centre of St Maxime. Its very easy to book and we would highly recommend it to other cyclists.

This place is paradise! We have stayed in this georgeous appartment for the last 6 years and never tire of the fabulous views from the balcony across the bay to St Tropez. Very comfortable and spacious interior and St Maxime has such a lot to offer. Plenty of good restaurants and entertainment and great beaches suitable for all ages for when you tire of the lovely pool.We can,t wait for next years holiday.

Amazing Apartment with stunning views. 1st Class!

Wonderful property, stunning views and great proximity to both the town and lovely beaches. We adored spending our evenings dining on the balcony and watching the sun setting over the gulf of St Tropez. The property and appliances are first class. The owner is both charming and helpful. We have stayed at various properties in France over the last 7 years but this apartment beats them all. Clean, spacious, modern, charming and steeped in history. We are already planning a return visit! First class apartment and first class area.

We spent with my family a great week in this splendid apartment on the first floor of a beautiful old home. Everything was perfect for 4 persons (2 teenagers), the beautiful apartment, very clean and functional (we loved the bathrooms), the sea view is great (surf the internet from the balcony was awesome), calm is absolute, the garden and the pool are amazing. This could not be better, we wanted to be quiet and enjoy it, and it exceeded our expectations. The children loved it, thank you for the great holiday!

I live in London so my good friend Valerie looks after the property. She is a perfectionist so the apartment is always in perfect condition. She lives in Ste Maxime, so is on hand if needs be. We need visitors to request bookings no less than two weeks in advance so that we can be sure to accept the booking.

Our apartment is cosy and very comfortable, with all that you will need. The property is situated in a very quite area, even though its in walking distance of the pretty town of Sainte Maxime. Hairdryers, beach towels etc all provided. Bring along your own iPad or lap top. whi fi is provided.

Magnificent views. Very comfortable. Great position. Total peace. Very near to the center of the pretty town of Sainte Maxime. Value for money. The property is a second home so its very well equiped. We have secure parking in the grounds. There is a large pool situated in a very nice pool area, comfortable lounges, washrooms etc.
