Alternatively stay home and enjoy fun competitions on the illuminated boule pitch.

Entrance hall leads into a Provencal living room with fireplace and sofas. French windows give onto the south facing sunset dining terrace, stepping down to the terraced lawn with heated pool featuring swim jet, and furnished with Dedon yin-yang and rotunda lovebeds. Lower terrace garden features illuminated pétanque area with outdoor chalet/bar.
The west covered terrace features a Mayan hammock section with cocktail bar and refrigerated drinks area.
The covered terraces are heated for all year round dining "alfresco" and the property features fully integrated Sonos indoor/outdoor music system and home cinema connected to major streaming channels.
The property has two kitchens one interior and one exterior both of bespoke design and three dining areas. The interior kitchen is fully equipped with Le Canche range cooker, fitted cupboards and quality fittings and appliances and a breakfast bar open to the indoor dining table and chairs for 10. This dining area opens through double doors to the terrace and illuminated garden. Utensils and cooking equipment is to professional standards.
Continuing outside is a Moroccan themed lounge area with stone chimney and log effect gas fire, electric heating from overhead and under-floor, and equipped with outdoor home movie/TV screen with access to most international streaming channels.
The Sardinian themed outdoor kitchen and dining area is capable of seating 14 guests in its beautiful outdoor and comfortable environment, its proximity to the pool offers easy monitoring for children at play.
In mid-winter the area is heated above and underfloor with roll down weather screens. The kitchen is equipped to professional standards with fully integrated barbecue grill, deep fat fryer, steam oven, refrigeration etc. To the rear is a further clean up area with fully equipped laundry and guest bathroom/pool changing room.
The garden also features a wooden chalet/bar by the boule court. Discreet outdoor lighting illuminates the pathways and garden features at dusk, casting a gentle glow that enhances the atmosphere for evening gatherings or quiet contemplation under the stars.

The 4 x 9 meter pool is heated at 30 degrees year round, with torrent jet, shallow and deep end the perimeter of which includes a sun lounging area lined with loungers and parasols. An electric safety cover provides security for families with young children.
The property is accessed along a small country lane with electronic gates with driveway adjacent to the olive grove and fruit orchard with parking area providing secure, on-site shaded parking for at least 4 cars.

Following and extesnive five year refurbishment programme we have resumed offering our home to the luxury level rental market in 2024. "Villa Casa Mia" was our year round family home during the important foundation years of our children. Villa Mia remains our place to re-gather during school holidays and long weekends and in between is looked after by Sandrine, our faithful housekeeper of 15 years. During other times we are happy to share our magical place where we have enjoyed so many celebrations from birthdays and anniversaries, to weekends with a handful of dear friends.
The garden is looked after on a daily basis by our gardener and his team who love the place as much as we do.

Kitchen and dining equipment is sufficient for 16 guests, plus use of 20 feet Capelli RIB speedboat, with water ski/wakeboard and other accessories as optional extras. By arrangement Day or Evening sail with lunch dinner aboard 45 foot Lagoon Catamaran, use of Pilatus jet aircraft ( pressurised 6 pax comfort) with crew to make day excursions to St Tropez, Corsica, Sardinia or Rome perfectly feasible. Boat and aircraft based within 15 minutes of the property. Range Rover and driver also available if required.
