Superbe villa avec 5 chambres pour 10 personnes, 2 cuisines à l'intérieur et 1 cuisine extérieure avec coin barbecue à côté de la piscine privée 12mx4. 5m, bain à remous et pooltable. Très bon emplacement, 5 min à pied de la mer au petit port de Puerto Blanco plage, marcher 15 min jusqu'au premier supermarché, 20 min à pied de la ville. Grande plage de sable blanc à côté du célèbre rocher Ifach dans la mer. Beaucoup de petits restaurants dans la ville.
Cette propriété ne peut être louée que du samedi au samedi.

Superb villa

Fantastic property with a large pool. For a large family of all ages, there is enough space for socialising and for quieter times. Property has all the essentials plus travel cot, high chair etc. Communication with Steve the owner was great.

Family holiday

Fantastic outside area. Spent hours in the pool and used the outside kitchen all the time, a lovely social area.

Lovely villa, good location

Lovely villa. Was perfect for our group of 10. Plenty of space and great outdoor facilities. A bit of a walk to the town and beach and quite hilly, but apart from that everything was good and I would definitely return.

Group of 6 on a climbing holiday

The property has plenty of space and is very well equipped overall. It needs a bit of maintenance as some of the decor looks a little faded, a couple of the doors stick and the mattress in the red bedroom was lumpy.

Lovely villa but needs TLC

Lovey villa with amazing views , but sadly needs some work done with regards to outside pool sun loungers were falling to bits , not enough for all our party , photos pre booking showed 8 , when we arrived only 6 , we contacted the manager to be told we would have to share and anyway not good to be out in the sun for longer than 20 minutes,rude , asking me to send him photos of how many sun loungers advertised in the listing !! .Told us to shut gates when we were just popping out to the shops in the car, we lifted lid off the hot tub to cool it down as was too hot to get in , he then texted us to put it back on , we thought how does he know ? We found out that he has a camera mounted high on a lamppost aiming at us around the pool !! When confronted with this , he did admit to having a camera, we told him this was not on and to remove it immediately, which he did , he also told us that the property next door had been broken into so we need to close all gates ( which we were unless popping to shops ) had to contact him again as the upper lounge door was unlocked and had no key , sometimes there was no hot water to shower , We did enjoy our family holiday but wouldn't stay again and wouldn't recommend this villa , just based on being spied on !! Disgraceful. The location of the camera is on a wooden post just over the wall by the fruit tree corner garden where steps lead down beneath the pool , no plants or trees in this corner so camera has a clear view !! BE AWARE

There are 6 single sun loungers and 2 double. This nightmare tenant did not like the double sun loungers, nagging about everything, no common sense. The camera is for security reasons mainly when its not rented, but can be taken away easy if you ask for it. If you are also a 'karen' type tenant, I beg you to book another villa, if you are normal like 98% of the people, more than welcome! We have a technical team that can solve all technical issues very quickly. The doors of the property need to be closed indeed, even if you go to the supermarket, you would not leave your own door open at home would you? Its a big villa with many expensive items, we need responsible tenants. They forgot to mention that we let them check inn earlier and gave sun lounge towels for free.

We booked over a year in advance and were charged an upfront cleaning bill amongst other things. The villa had not been cleaned recently, two of the three televisions didn't work ( one was replaced and one never worked !) the pool had not been cleaned for sometime despite the many lies that spurted from 'steven's mouth. The grounds were unkempt with steven telling us that's how people liked it, he also claimed the pool cleaner was there the morning we arrived whilst we were in the villa - but the pool cleaner who arrived two days later said he hadn't been there for some while and never on the Monday. The cooker in the main kitchen did not work on 3 of its 5 rings which he rectified with 2 of them by simply cleaning - something he suggested I could have done!! the response from me was 'I don't pay for cleaning and then do it myself. The level of decor was sad and dated with several arrears of damage simply ignored, on arrival the drive looked like a building site with props, ladders piping and bags of building waste blocking the approaches.We had watched the video he had posted on the internet which took you around a pleasant, tidy and well kept villa. Steven is a multiple faced character whom I would not trust even if my life depended on it ! I told him whilst there that I was unhappy with the fact that many of the things that should be simply weren't and that his flippancy was not appreciated. I expressed to him that I expected to be compensated but I'm still waiting.

Out goal is to make the tourists happy with great villas. We have a team to solve problems within 24h. The pool boy comes every Monday at 8 am(they were still sleeping).If he wouldn't come the pool would turn green. Smart TV was replaced within 24h , the other TV is especially for gaming kids.The 3rd TV was working . 20 extra towels delivered within 2h. The cooker had one ring not working,3 did work, they refused replacement.The other 2 stoves in the 2 other kitchens were working. The villa was clean before they came in. The man was aggressive and shouting at everybody, everyone was afraid (not me). Very frustrated negative tourist. Worst tenant in 20 years, whatever we wanted to do was no good. Some people are like that, that's life. We will do our utmost again for the next guests. We still love the English.

Ein wiklich tolles Haus und es war wirklich sehr sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber Steve und auch Marina (unsere Ansprechpartnerin) waren jeder Zeit erreichbar und sehr hilftsbereit.Die Villa liegt in einem ruhigem Wohngebiet. Also perfekt für einen entspannt Urlaub. Wer aber etwa erleben will, kommt meiner Meinung, hier nicht so auf seine kosten. Ein kleines Minus gibt es dafür, das einige Dinge im/am Haus etwas verlebt waren. Was aber kein Grund für mich wäre nicht wieder bei Steve zu buchen. Also im großen und ganzen... vielen dank für einen tollen Urlaub.

Geweldig!

Het huis voldeed aan al onze verwachtingen. Mankementen werden heel snel opgelost. vooral de afdakjes bij het zwembad waren met onze jonge kleinkinderen een uitkomst. Je hebt alleen wel een auto nodig om bv. Boodschappen te kunnen doen.

10 dagen met 9 personen in deze luxueuze villa met een mooi zwembad. Foto's komen overeen met de werkelijkheid. Wel een auto nodig, ietsje te ver om alles te voet te doen.

Beautiful villa perfect for large groups

Amazing villa and views. Everything you could ask for available. Steve exceptionally helpful and responsive. Car definitely required although local taxi service good. Costs about 8 euros into town. Hilly area and a bit too far to walk to shops is only negative. We had a great time from the 2 year old right up to the 78 year old!

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt bei der Ankunft. Es mangelte uns an nichts und die Außenküche ist hat uns schöne abende beschert. Der Strand in Calpe ist in 5min. mit den Auto erreichbar. Im ganzen war es für uns ein erholsamer und schöner Urlaub und können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen.

Fantastische Villa für 10 Personen

Wenn man Urlaub in Spanien mit einer Gruppe von 10 Personen macht gibt es in der Preisklasse nichts besseres. Man bekommt einen großen Pool der genug Platz für alle 10 Gäste bietet und wenn das Wasser einem doch mal zu kalt ist kann man sich im Jacuzzi aufwärmen. Jeder Raum besitzt eine Klimaanlage und bietet einem alles was man braucht um dort gemütlich zu schlafen. Steve der Gastgeber antwort auf Whatsapp in wenigen Minuten und ist für jede Frage offen und hilft direkt. Im Punkt Freundlichkeit kann ihm keiner das Wasser reichen. Die Lage ist ohne Auto nicht ganz optimal aber es alles günstig mit Taxi zu erreichen. Dafür ist die Aussicht die man am Tag sowie in der Nacht hat erstaunlich und man gewöhnt sich auch nach 2 Wochen nicht dran.

Lovely,peaceful relaxing holiday

Ideal villa for our party of nine people which is split into two separate living accommodations. The outdoor kitchen was a really nice addition along with the shaded outdoor areas to get out of the midday sun. Kids loved the pool and spent most days in there. Plenty of parking off road . Location is a little hilly but reading the reviews it is something we expected,there is a good restaurant opposite the harbour in puerto blanco which is just a ten minute walk away if you don’t want to go out in the car. All the bedrooms and living rooms have air conditioning if it gets to hot.Steve the owner is very welcoming and extremely helpful he likes to keep in touch via WhatsApp which when I had any questions he answered immediately. Overall a nice villa run by a nice guy cheers Steve hope to see you again in the future.

What a great villa, in a brill location. if you after a relaxing stay in a lovely villa in an excellent location , then this is the place for you. The owner was very helpful and accessible should you need him, the town is large enough to keep you occupied for the stay but not too large to scare you.

Fantastiskt villa

Villa Belucra var lika fantastisk som på bilderna. Vi var 9 st och njöt fullt ut av den stora poolen och jaquzzin. Gott om plats för alla i huset. Vi använde mest uteköket med det stora citronträdet bredvid poolen för all matlagning och umgänge. Underbart! Huset är lite slitet. Lite mer porslin på varje våning vore också bra.

The villa was amazing and was very clean and tidy when we arrived. I have stayed in a few villas and this one by far the best one i have stayed in. I would defiantly go back and would recommend to any.

Superb Accommodation

The location of the villa is great only a five minute drive into the centre of Calpe. The owner of the villa Steve is a true gentleman and offers advise and help if required. I would recommend this villa to anybody who wants a relaxing holiday by the pool or on the beach in Calpe and I certainly will rent this superb villa again.
